Hotel St. Josefshaus Engelberg

Sehr nettes Personal, habe ein Upgrade für mein Einzelzimmer bekommen, ein modernes, helles Zimmer in welchem ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Die Lage ist Top gleich neben dem Kloster und der Fussgängerzone. Es hat mir alles so gut gefallen, dass ich gleich für das nächste Wochenende wieder gebucht habe.

Utrolig hyggeligt hotel med dejlig atmosfære. Fik en opgraderering, da jeg havde booket igennem booking.com til et skønt nyrenoveret værelse utrolig stilfuld og meget rent og lækkert. God seng og dejligt badeværelse og balkon der kunne benyttes. Hotellet lå 10 min gang fra stationen og 5-7 min gang til Brunnibanen og 15 min gang til Titlis banen. Morgenmaden var god og der var alt hvad man skulle bruge. Sødt personale måde i receptionen ved ankomst/udtjekning og ved morgenmaden. skønt ophold. Vender meget gerne tilbage.

Small minimal single room at a more affordable price. clean and modern. Nice rooftop lounge. There is an elevator. Parking spots. Nice view. Close to coffee roastery.

Low Rested Club score: Mattress was way too soft. I got back pain from it. Human bodies don't need soft mattresses. We need FIRM mattresses. No AC. So the only way to cool the room was to leave all windows open but there are no mosquito nets and people talking outside until late a night, so sleep was difficult. Also coffee at breakfast made from good beans but horrible milk, like milk powder or UHT long shelf life milk. Wifi without WPA2/3 protection.
