The apartment was very comfortable for the size. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom big enough and bedroom had plenty of room with a comfortable bed, even with a double size bed. All very clean and nicely furnished. Communication was very good with the host. And all very clear instructions to enter and very safe and secure.
The sofa is small, fairly comfortable but could do with a foot stool and or a little coffee table for drinks. But that would only be more if spending more time within the apartment which most i suppose wouldn't if on holiday.

Great location close to the high street. Apartment very tidy and clean and reasonably priced.
Quite soulless with no art work relevant to Woodhall Spa which made if feel a little bare and almost unfinished
The sofa moves dangerously on the laminate floor - a nice non slip rug would fix it and make the area cosier.
