How clean and presented it is.

Location was good. We were visiting friends in Roughton and the apt was situated well. The shower was powerful, and there were plenty of towels. Access was easy via a door code.
The sofa was rather small, and not very comfy. We managed by taking cushions from the bed to lean against. A footstool would have been useful.

Location! We regularly come to Woodhall Spa and stayed in a good number of venues and apart from the initial hiccup, this one was good and would like to come back again.
Arrived for check in to discover the room wasn’t ready and hadn’t been cleaned after previous occupants. Caused disruption to our plans on arrival and the offer of a later check out didn’t fit with our plans the next day.

Clean, functional.
Too hot. Fan would be helpful.
Cotton sheets would be more comfortable and a bath sheet rather than towel would be good for larger people.
