Modern facility

This was the worst booking we have Ever made. Here is a list of issues 1 no one gave us the accurate address before arrival 2 no one told us where we could park before arrival 3 the code for the key safe was wrong 4 the apartment sofa bed was completely broken and unusable 5 the apartment was freezing cold with no heating system that worked 6 the heating system was only storage heating. This was all turned off so was useless for immediate delivery of heat 7 the booking was made for 3 people. The kitchen provided for only One (eg crockery) 8 14 calls were made to the phone number provided, trying to get things sorted. Only 2 calls were actually answered. 9 after 2 hours of ringing and emailing, including a complaint to Booking.com, we were moved to another apartment, at our suggestion.. If we hadn't suggested this it wouldn't have happened 10 the new apartment was also very cold due to most storage heaters being switched off. We asked for a fan heater but this was not provided 11 the bathroom light did not work until someone turned up to fix it 12 unknown people (cleaners?) repeatedly knocked at the door and were surprised to find us there 13 the bathroom tap was loose, the bedside light was faulty, the shower doors were not fitted correctly 14 the building fire alarm went off during the first night. No building management were ever apparent so the alarm was only switched off after another resident called the fire brigade who eventually sorted it all out Wow, what a nightmare!

The staff were I possible to contact and I had to liaise with other guests to have access to the building, I was not given the outdoor code at any point during my stay so couldnt leave the apartment safely once I was inside.

this property is very unclean, toilet seat broken, sofa bed broke, coffee table broke, food left in freezer and draws. No light when you first walk in and no heating. Tv has no Ariel or any channels other then Netflix what don’t work unless you have an account, no tea towels, cold shower what barely had water coming out, very dirty floors, rubbish left on sofa, wrong postcode for parking which had us driving around town late. Drove over 2 hours with a young child arrived late to worst night ever. Tried to contact owner via wats app and booking and was not replied to other then to ask for a good review the next day

Rubbish property

Dirty. Tatty. Toilet seat not attached. No toiletries. Towels covered in bleach marks. No hot water from sink. Stairs filthy up to flat. Noise terrible. Disturbed all night. Bed sheets old, duvet thin, only one flat pillow each. Instructions for parking no good. Require a refund. Not prepared to pay £190 for something where we couldn't use toilet properly, eat anything in kitchen and get any sleep. Disgusted thus property can be let and on booking.com

Lovely apartment close to the city centre

Lots of space, really comfortable and within walking distance from the city centre! Overall a lovely stay! The photos on here show the property for exactly what it is which is always a bonus! No check in process, just given the key code to get in before arrival and the host’s communication was excellent

Spacious flat in good location

Very spacious . Bed was comfortable and good linen provided . Host responsive with key issue and other needs

Required maintenance for broken toilet seat and floor capping . Kitchen large but had very limited provisions . First impressions bad as there was rubbish inside front door spread in ground . Disappointing it was still there next day even through we know cleaner had been back to return the keys . Also no tea towel. Needs to be more careful for the details that improve customer experience

Ideal location, lovely flat

This was the ideal location - close to the hospital where my husband was having an operation. The flat was spotlessly clean, well appointed, peaceful. What made the stay exceptional was the two young hosts who could not have been more helpful and pleasant - a couple of small problems were sorted instantly and kindly.

the man who we rented off was the loveliest man and the apartment was perfect distance from a lot of things and was a beautiful apartment

the stairs were a killer with a toddler but this didn’t affect the apartment

Sweet home

I liked it that it looks like a house with complete comfort and beautes what is in the bedroom is isolated on the hall and also the sofa is very comfortable and there is a Smart TV in the lounge and the bedroom is connected to the Internet you don't need to waste time as if you are at home , and very very clean
