About this house rental
Beautiful Converted Coach House set in the grounds of a Large Edwardian House.
The house comprises of
Fully Fitted Kitchen with built in appliances. It has a Fridge/Freeze, Oven and Hob, Dishwasher and a Washer/Dryer. It has a long breakfast bar with high stools. On your arrival you will be welcomed with a lovely goodie basket and milk in the fridge.
Large Lounge/Dining Area with a dining table that seats 4/5 , a large corner sofa which converts into a double bed. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's. There is a selection of board games for young and old and books.
The bathroom has a bath , separate shower , sink and toilet. Complimentary toiletries and all your towels and linens are provided.
A large loft style bedroom with King size bed.
The French windows from the lounge lead onto a small private and fully enclosed garden and patio with outdoor dining table and comfy garden chairs.
We also have a single Z bed and a Hauck Travel Cot suitable from Newborn to 3 yrs to sleep any additional children. There is also a high chair and safety gate.
The house is situated in a quiet village location with Pub, Indian Restaurant, Fish and Chips and small supermarket. It is within easy reach of Leeds City Centre which has all the amenities of a large cosmopolitan city. It has amazing shopping including the North of England's only Harvey Nichols.
The village has excellent transport links being very near the M1 and M62 motorway and a regular bus service into Leeds. There is a nearby retail park with shops, several restaurants and a cinema.
We are close by to beautiful cities of York and Harrogate and only 30-40 mins away from Haworth where the Bronte Parsonage is located. Leeds newest attraction is Emmerdale Studio Experience which is 5 mile away at the Yorkshire TV

The Coach House is lovely and spacious with most things you will need. I wasn't expecting it to be in such a residential area, but it did mean it was close to lots of amenities, shops and good transport links. Bed was very comfy!
