Difficult to say.

This is described as a boutique retreat. However, it is a one bed cluster home in the middle of a newish housing estate. The balcony is not one which you can sit out on. It is merely a door with a view of the parking lot. There is also no air conditioning. The owner has used luxury bedding and other items of a boutique nature. Unfortunately, she has come back to us wanting £200 for damages to the duvet and other bedding which was stained and a towel and cushion that she alleges that we damaged. How can just sleeping on a bed damage it! My husband is bald so his head would have sweated and stained the pillow. I would beware of booking this property because you will be very disappointed with the location and may be sent messages requesting quick payment for any alleged damages. The owner is very text happy and greets you personally. She said on a text that she doesn't live nearby and that she needed to know when roughly we would be there. She then told us as we were nearby that she would need to take a photo of one of our driving licenses. We were reluctant to do this because there is a lot of personal info on there, but we were told that it was a new recommendation from Booking.com. Therefore, we did allow her to take the photo. However, what we should have done is used the camera to take photos of everything when we arrived and departed.

Not a great experience.

The location was ideal for what we were looking for

We didn't end up staying at this property. Charlotte's first communication to us, 3 days prior to our stay, was to request more money to be sent direct to her, as she told us that Booking.com had billed us incorrectly and collected the wrong amount of money. A lot of e-mails were exchanged in a short period of time with Charlotte blaming Booking.com for not billing correctly, and me for not seeing that I'd been billed incorrectly. We weren't prepared to pay extra money and she wasn't prepared to cancel the holiday.

Fantastic host and comfortable property; having WiFi and a microwave oven would be very helpful.

It was well furnished and in a convenient location

No WiFi and very poor phone signal (due to the location) which meant that we were frequently cut off from communications - not good if an emergency situation arose
