About this apartment rental
The 72-square-meter vacation rental is located in a low-energy building. It is situated in the hilly foothills of the Alps between Füssen and Hopfen am See. Here you can enjoy wonderful tranquility and beautiful scenery featuring meadows, forests, swimming lakes, and mountains. It’s ideal for hiking, biking, horseback riding, walking, and swimming. Neuschwanstein Castle, Lake Forggensee, and various mountain railways are just a few minutes’ drive from the vacation rental. The spacious rooms of the vacation rental can accommodate up to seven people, and the south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. The Königscard is included too! With it, you can enjoy many great excursions and activities at no extra cost.
Vacation Rental:
The vacation rental offers the following amenities. The living room has a built-in dining area.
The master bedroom faces northeast, and the loft bedroom is accessible via a staircase through the living room.
We’d be happy to provide a travel crib for children upon request.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The spacious, high-quality built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, as well as a pod coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, and much more.
The modern furnishings create a cozy atmosphere, and you can enjoy pleasant moments on the south-facing balcony. The flat-screen TV is equipped with satellite TV, and of course, we also offer free Wi-Fi.
The building features electric blinds, underfloor heating, a ventilation system, and
outlets with built-in child safety covers.
As a complimentary extra, you’ll receive the Königscard, which grants free admission to many attractions.
On-site costs: Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or PayPal upon receipt of the invoice. A 20% deposit is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice, with the balance due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are allowed. (Fees: €10.00/€12.00) A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person (ages 16 and up) and €1.25 (ages 6–15) per night will be charged on site.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 9:30.
