Patrick is the perfect host. Easy to communicate with, charming, helpful. The apartment was in the most perfect location - in the heart of Fussen with so many things to do around and easy access everywhere. apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable.

Disappointing and not really hospitality oriented. Look elsewhere if you want better customer consideration.

Nice location and comfortable.

Out of 200 hotels and air b&b this is the first place that would not allow us to drop off bags before check in which is essential for popular tourist areas. Owner should state this in the listing. Owner didn’t even know there were lockers at the train station which seems strange for a hospitality owner. People in restaurant downstairs didn’t know much about the apartment when we arrived which was disconcerting. Only one trash can in bathroom and one glass soap dispenser by the sink which you have to take into the shower and put on the floor, a potentially dangerous reach in slippery shower. Wifi didn’t reach apartment. Hot inside with only doors (no screens) to open in bedroom to the public area to get fresh air, not safe while sleeping. No bathtub or city view as listed. I recommend finding another place to stay in this expensive town.

De ligging en de badkamer

Wordt als appartement verkocht maar is niet meer dan een hotelkamer+. En de verhuurder was ronduit horkerig en reageerde niet op contact vooraf. Zo ga je niet met gasten om!

Eine schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor.

Die Lage, sehr zentral , einige Schritte und wir waren direkt in der bezaubernden Altstadt, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Direkt an unserer Wohnung war ein Wanderweg, der zum Park u.zum Lechfall führte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber !

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Vielleicht nur der Hinweiß, da es keinen Herd gab, aber alles vorhanden war, um sich ein kleines Frühstück zuzubereiten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Schon bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und hatten schon nach dem betreten der Wohnung ein Wohlgefühl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hell und obwohl die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt, sehr leise. Wir waren nehrmals im Franziskaner essen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Service-Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Am Ende der Fußgängerzone sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein privater Parkplatz (zubuchbar, absolut zu empfehlen) rundet die perfekte Wohnsituation ab. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung der Gäste durch den Hausbesitzer Herrn Podzimek. Ein Kavalier der alten Schule, welcher keine Wünsche offen lässt. Seine sympathische Erscheinung läßt das Gefühl aufkommen, von der ersten Minute " zu Hause" zu sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Dr. Jörg Fendler und Familie

Die Größe der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Freundlichkeit und das Bemühen um unser Wohlergehen seitens des Vermieters war außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Außergewöhnlich gut, hervorragende Lage, exzellent sauber.

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist und sind von Patrick sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Einchecken lief super unkompliziert. Uns wurde auch die Wohnung komplett gezeigt und alles Nötige erklärt. Man muss sagen: super Ausstattung, sehr hochwertige Möbel, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, viel Platz und bis in die letzten Ecken picobello sauber! Die Küchenausstattung umfasst alles wichtige an Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen und einen Geschirrspüler! Die Lage ist super zentral und daher echt empfehlenswert. Alles rundum perfekt, egal ob für einen Kurzurlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Tipp: unbedingt im unten Liegenden Resturant zum Franziskaner Reservieren und Essen gehen . Hervorragende Regionale Küche ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oncomfortabel bedden en warm appartement

De locatie was top, perfect aan de rand van het historische centrum van Füssen.

Appartement was zeer warm van binnen (25+ graden), terwijl alle verwarmingen uit stonden. Volgens de host kwam dat door de vorige bezoekers, maar leek te komen van het restaurant onder het appartement. Enige wat je open kon zetten was een tuindeur aan de patio, maar die grensde aan een openbaar stuk. Wanneer alles weer dicht zat was het binnen korte tijd weer warm binnen. Bedden waren ook zeer hard en de kussen slap. Wifi functioneerde meeste tijd niet. Host reageerde niet behulpzaam op onze opmerkingen.
