Appartment an der König Ludwig Promenade

It’s location was nice and convenient. And while it isn’t the fault of the property, the heat of June 2026 in Europe, made our stay much more difficult. We didn’t realize that we were on the 3rd floor and the more stairs we climbed, the hotter it got. But our property manager did help by supplying more room fans. This helped a lot. The cleaning person was also very kind and helpful and even found a mattress for my one of group as there ended up not being enough beds. We also were permitted to use the laundry facilities, which helped too. Overall, it was okay. And the manager communicated very well. I think she went above and beyond to help us be comfortable. Recommend!

Didn’t know it was on the 3rd floor- we would’ve chosen another property had we known. And with no elevator, it was a lot to carry our luggage up and down all of those flights of stairs. This was made worse by the incredible heat of the June 2026 in Germany.

Great location and view. Big expansive windows, excellent fans in the heatwave, all you need.

TV not in a central area, no oven for a long stay,

De ligging en de ruimte die we hadden. Het is een heel groot appartement met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan bedenken. En het centrum op loopafstand.

Het weer was slecht maar daar kon de accomodatie niks aan doen.

Aussicht , betten , Jalousien

Badezimmer, elektrick im Haus,billige Ausstattung, Türen, Fenster, Küche Geschirr , keine Möglichkeit zum Handtücher aufhängen, Badezimmer keine Ablagen in Dusche , kein Spiegel über Waschbecken, überall hängen Kabel aus der Wand.kurkarte Kamm erst 4 Tage später. Parken der Pkw schön angelegt aber wenig Platz wenn 3 Pkw dort stehen.
