Didn’t love the look of the construction across the street but nothing you could do about that. And I wish the towels were a little softer.

I have had a great stay there for my 7 nights. The location is the best. It’s a 3 minutes walk from the station. The day I left Fussen, my train was 5:50 in the morning, and I left home 10 minutes before with my luggage. It’s the best location if you are going to use the buses to go to places in Fussen. After I checked in and paid the local tax for 2 persons, the staff gave me 2 Fussen cards. You can check out the advantages from website but we used all the bus services for free with them. The bus terminal is right next to the train station. And also, it’s a short walk to 2 very big supermarkets and the Old Town. The kitchenette is functional. We prepared the breakfast every day and some dinners. They kindly asked the guests to wash all the dishes when checked out and it was not a problem. It’s good value for money and I am still feeling grateful for finding this place for my stay in Fussen.

Very weird smell. I guess from the toilet. For one night only it was okay. But wouldn't stay longer . The bed wasn't comfy at all but it just my opinion. What is not okay for me could be alright for anyone else.

Winter Wonderland Romantic stay!

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Every detail for our comfort was considered. I loved the New Year gift of prosecco & chocolates. It made us feel special & valued as guests. Check in & out were easy & smooth. The bed was very comfortable & we were 2 mins from the station for buses & trains. The apartment was also very quiet & peaceful.

Had some confusion with the booking, and he sorted it out amicably Location: hardly 300m from the station which is ideal Note: Ensure you book parking before hand and also carry cash with you. The town does not have many ATMs, many wont work when you need them and many shops only take cash.

Had to go to a different address to get key only to walk back in rain to site . The key was tricky to open the front door and into the apartment. Was a learning curve here!

Great location and comfortable place to stay.

Nice quiet spot and very walkable to downtown, train station, and bus stops. The room kept cool as well and the fan is great for the warm summer nights.

A bit of a pain walking past the location with all our bags to pick up the key for check in at the other location. Would recommend if traveling in a group to have one person wait with the bags outside the apartment and the other run to grab the key.

Very nice unit in central Fussen!

We did have to walk to another property to check in and pick up our keys. It was farther from the train station than the property we stayed in. It would have been nice to be able to check in at the location where we were staying. The apartment looked to have been recently renovated and was decorated very nice. The unit has everything we needed for our short stay in Fussen. It is very close to the train station and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this property.

I didn’t like having to go to another location to check in. A lock box would be nice to have on property to avoid that step.

Great Accommodation in Fussen!

The room was large and well-appointed. The location was close to get to the heart of Fussen. It was a little difficult to obtain the keys (you have to go to another property to get them), but they communicated this upon booking. Further, the host providing the keys at the other property was wonderful. She provided a lot of information on the area and best ways to see the castles and town of Fussen itself. This was a huge help and contributed positively to our stay.

Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Was great to have Balcony. Bed comfortable and quiet on an evening so we slept really well.

Check in was difficult - we arrived late and informed them but when we arrived (in middle of pouring rain) nobody was there. Quite confusing as we went the next day to the other guest house but nobody was there. Quite warm - would have been great to have aircon and a small fridge to keep things cool. Work being done outside- would have liked a curtain or blind in bathroom as we could see them on scaffold so they could probably see us!

Very nice and extremely clean room. Percect location, too.

Great comfortable room (the bed was amazingly comfy). Located in a house with several bedrooms in a quiet street close to the town centre. We enjoyed the wee balcony with the fairy lights 😊

The outside was a work in progress at the time of our stay. When we arrived at the property we were a bit put off. Luckily we weren’t disappointed with what was waiting for us inside. Also, it would be good to have a mini fridge in the room. It was hot at the time of our stay and we couldn’t keep any fresh drinks.

El lugar, la ubicación, la habitación, todo fue perfecto. Lo único que no nos gusto fue buscar la llave a unas cuadras para luego volver al mismo lugar con las valijas. De todas formas el anfitrión lo aviso. Solo como recomendación, un self check in en el lugar no vendría mal Todo el resto estuvo increíble. Muchas gracias

Für Bahnfahrer super gelegen!

Wir waren zu Zweit und sind mit der Bahn angereist. Die Unterkunft hätte für uns nicht besser liegen können. Die Besitzerin und das Personal waren ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegen kommend. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Wir haben tolle einsame Wanderungen gemacht und eine super Tour durchs Schloss. Es gibt wirklich viel zu sehen. Im Boutique Hotel Sissi gab es für uns alles was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

TOP Lage. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Süßes kleines Apartment .Voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz kostengünstig am Haus. Ich hab mich wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles sehr gut!! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: •Verdunkelungs-Gardinen in der Küche anbringen oder Tür (zwischen Küche/Schlafzimmer) einhängen sonst wird es morgens so früh hell. • der Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein, da er sehr hoch und in der Ecke hängt.

Insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung nur bedingt empfehlen,da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmt

- Angenehmer Geruch im Hausflur, sauber und hübsch dekoriert. - Das Doppelzimmer im 1.Stock mit kleinem Balkon war sauber, geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Wir hatten für 5 Personen im August 2025 zwei Appartements für 5 Nächte gebucht: ein Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock für 750 € und ein Appartement im Dachgeschoss für 1.425 €. Die Ferienwohnung war nicht zu teuer, aber für den Preis hätte ich eine Klimaanlage erwartet, besonders im heißen Sommer. Auch die Tatsache, dass es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, wurde nicht klar kommuniziert. Wenn man es nicht weiß, sucht man nicht danach. Erst nach dem Buchen kann man Informationen zur gebuchten Ferienwohnung einsehen. Die Dachgeschosswohnung war jedoch eine Katastrophe: unangenehmer Geruch bei Ankunft, Hitze, viele Spinnweben und ein Kühlschrank, der kaum kühlte. Der Wasserdruck war minimal, und eine Mikrowelle fehlte. Das Badezimmer war weitestgehend sauber, aber die Duschkabine war einfach eklig. In der Nacht war es trotz Ventilatoren und offenem Fenster erdrückend heiß, und die Mücken konnten reinkommen. Wenn man schon keine Klimaanlage installiert, sollte man wenigstens ein Moskitonetz anbringen.

Gute Lage! Appartement im Dachgeschoss nicht empfehlenswert!

perfekte zentrale Lage, nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt Betten waren bequem

Wir hatten für uns (5 Personen) 2 Appartements gebucht (August 2025) für 5 Nächte: ein Doppelzimmer mit kleinem Balkon im 1. Stock für 750 € und ein Appartement mit kleiner Küche im Dachgeschoss für 1.425 €. Tja, was soll man sagen?! Hätte ich mir im Vorfeld die Bewertungen durchgelesen, hätte ich die Ferienwohnung woanders gebucht. Zumal der Vermieter auf ehrliche (negative) Bewertungen sehr aggressiv reagiert; da kann einer wohl nicht mit Kritik umgehen. In meinen Augen ist das gar nicht professionell. Gleich im Vorfeld an die Vermieter: Mir ist die Ferienwohnung nicht zu teuer und wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll. ABER für das Geld erwartet man schon, dass wenigstens eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, wenn man schon weiß, dass die Wohnung sich im Sommer derart aufheizt! Auch dass es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, steht nicht direkt in der Beschreibung (wie auch schon andere Gäste geschrieben haben). Wenn man es nicht weiß, sucht man auch nicht danach. Erst nach dem Buchen kann man Informationen zur gebuchten Ferienwohnung anzeigen lassen. Ich kann lesen! Ich habe jetzt extra noch einmal versucht, dieses Appartement zu buchen, um zu schauen, wo diese Info mal kommt… nichts. Also eventuell die Beschreibung des gesamten Hauses etwas detaillierter umschreiben, um damit in Zukunft diese Missverständnisse zu vermeiden (nicht böse gemeint). Zu den Appartements: 1. Angenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus, sauber, schön à la Sissi dekoriert. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (8 €/Tag). 2. Das Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock war sauber, roch frisch und war groß genug für 2 Personen (in unserem Fall 2 Teenies). Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war auch vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war weitestgehend sauber und groß. Ein kleiner Balkon zum Verweilen war vorhanden. Kann man empfehlen. 3. Die ausgebaute Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist eine reine Katastrophe. Schmale Treppe zur Wohnung (schlecht bei großem Koffer).

Schreckliche Unterkunft-nie wieder.

Die Lage nahe beim Zentrum in Füssen

Kleines altes ausgebautes niederes DG im 3.OG über eine sehr enge Treppe erreichbar. Altes Mobiliar mit „Kitsch“ geschmückt. Um das 2.Zimmer zu nutzen musste man durch das 1. Zimmer durchgehen. Stützpfetten und Antennenhalterung mitten in den Räumen. Trotz bereit gestelltem Ventilator und geöffnetem Fenster war es erdrückend heiß und wir konnten nur sehr schlecht schlafen. Altes Bad mit winziger Duschkabine unterm Dachfenster. Ohne Frühstück. Total überteuert (279,-€/1 Nacht) für so eine „Unterkunft“. (Im Vergleich zum Preis z.Bsp. vom Hotel Best Western in Füssen).

Kurztripp in Füssen

Sehr gute Lage in nähe Stadtmitte, trotzdem gab es einen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr groß und sauber. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon, der sah gemütlich aus, wir konnten ihn leider nicht nutzen, es war zu kalt. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Gegenüber ist zur Zeit ne Baustelle, allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern war davon nicht zu hören.

Tolle Lage, sehr Zentral. Privatparkplatz zum günstigen Tarif direkt vor der Haustür. Ruhige Lage. Saubere Bettwäsche.

Die Eingangstür in die Wohnung/Appartement ist eine dünne Zimmertüre, d.h. ist jemand im Hausflur versteht man jedes Wort und das Öffnen und Schließen Haustüre ist sehr störend wahrnehmbar. Das Bett ist bequem jedoch macht der Lattenrost fürchterliche Geräusche, wenn man sich aufs Bett setzt oder sich in der Nacht jemand im Bett umlegt oder wälzt. Es macht den Eindruck als ob dieser bald auseinanderbrechen würde. An den Decken hatte es Spinnweben und im Bad sogar eine tote Spinne am Boden... Das Geschirr war teils schmutzig, sodass wir es vor Gebrauch leider erst abwaschen mussten. Der Kühlschrank wurde nicht voreingestellt, sodass wir unseren Einkauf nicht rechtzeitig kühlen konnten. Für den Preis leider nicht befriedigend und inakzeptabel. Der Schlüssel muss, wie auch im Inserat erwähnt, an einer anderen Adresse abgeholt werden. Dazu sei zu erwähnen, dass wir fast 30 Minuten an der Rezeption warten mussten bis wir an die Reihe kamen. Entspanne Ferien im Allgäu stellen wir uns anders vor...
