About this apartment rental
We’re offering a state-of-the-art 3-room apartment in a prime, central location. This vacation rental, which features an elevator, is located on the 1st floor of a private home newly built in 2014. The owners furnished the apartment with great attention to detail, giving it a very cozy charm. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together, and you can enjoy the meals you’ve prepared at the large dining table. The living room impresses with its design. Here, you can enjoy cozy movie nights. You have access to the 30-square-meter balcony from the kitchen, the living room, and both bedrooms. A cozy lounge area awaits you there. Enjoy summer evenings together with a glass of wine. Both bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring bed, ensuring you’ll have a restful night’s sleep. You can park your car in the included underground parking space, and the elevator will take you and your luggage right to your apartment’s door. In the building’s basement, you’ll also find a laundry room and a storage area for your bicycles. Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome in this apartment.

With mountains, lakes, and cultural attractions, there’s something for everyone. Each apartment comes with a free underground parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A great bonus is that your four-legged companion is also welcome in all three apartments.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The furniture and the bed were comfortable. We used the sofa on the outside patio several times every day enjoying the view toward the village and mountains. We used the kitchen and found everything needed to prepare a meal. The microwave did not work and that was already reported to the management company. The location was terrific and it was only a few minutes' walk to the historic village. Many restaurants and bars were nearby. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Best Western, which is located next door. The laundry facility and the underground parking were definitely appreciated. The management team always answered our questions promptly.
