A nice stay, but some small changes can make it better.

Picking up the keys was easy at the Best Westin next door, but I only knew to do it because people mentioned it in reviews. The flat is big and had everything we needed. There was twin beds in a small room and a queen bed (and cot) in the main bedroom, only one bathroom, but a separate toilet. They made a bed for the 5th person in our party in the living room, which was nice, because we could still use the couch. The kitchen was well equipped. It really is a short walk to the beautiful old town and conveniently close to Neu Schwanstein.

Parking was free, but it is in the driveway and you share it with the people living downstairs, who are not the hosts and I don't think the owners. So sometimes you have to knock on their door to make them move their car. WiFi was really poor, only available in the entrance hall and kitchen. A pod for the washing machine would have been very nice. There were some dirty sheets at the bottom of the closet in the main bedroom.

Spacious and clean great for a family to stay

We did really like the unit as it was very spacious and clean and in a good location. It was perfect for our family of 5 as we had to book 2 rooms at some other places we stayed at to accommodate our family size. We only stayed 1 night in town so we could get to the castle early in the morning.

This is a condo or house and our unit was upstairs and the information was not clear that our place was upstairs so we were not sure if we were at the right place. Also, we were not sure where to park so we parked in the driveway. We had to pick up and return the keys at the Best Western near the property.

Needs a lot of work to be good

Location

So many things wrong. Very sparce kitchen. No pot holders, few utensils, no sponge for dishes. Fridge and freezer took 24 hours to get cold. Dirty dishes. Coffee pot full of dust - unusable. Floors dirty, spiders everywhere, old cigarettes in the ashtray. No instructions for anything. TV did not work the whole time, internet only worked when sitting at the kitchen table. Smashed bugs on walls. Dirty sheets in the primary closet all wadded up. This was not good. I'm super upset but we had to stay there as we had nowhere else to go. My daughter cried at night because we had killed so many bugs in her room. We had to get spiders out of the corners of the ceilings in every room.

A truly wonderful and spacious apartment! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The location was excellent, and we also received free public bus tickets and discounts for certain attractions, which was a lovely surprise. We were especially happy to have a washing machine. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location and great accommodations for our family of 5

We absolutely loved the property and the location - highly recommend to any family visiting Fussen. It was located a very short walk from the old town (less than 5 minutes) and a short drive to the parking for Neuschwanstein castle (less than 10 minutes). The property is very large and well set up to accommodate a family of 5. It was nice that we were able to pick up the keys at the Best Western Hotel - just made it easier with not knowing exactly what time we'd arrive. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Hugh apartment, great place fo family or friends

Very big apartment. Well equipped kitchen. seperate bathroom and toilet. waching machine but no dryer. check in at the hotel next to the house. parking at the house. There’re other guests or owner I’m not sure living on ground floor so the apartment’s on second floor with stairs as you see in picture. We managed to bring small bags instead of luggages. Near the old town you can walk some steps.

It was a great stay! and i would definetly stay there again if the oportunity comes.

Everything was very clean (except the water heater) and it had two bathrooms, like one just for toillet and one for bath, it was good because we were 5 the fight/waiting for the bathroom was almost none. The rooms were very spacious and the views from the windows are nice. The house is in an excellent location, very near from the center.

I wish there was coffee powder, its a small thing, but we arrived on a sunday night and the other day was a holiday and we did not know about it, so would have been nice to have coffee powder there. Also i wish there was more blankets, i was okay, but my mom said she was cold during the night and there was no more blankets left. Its in the second floor, no elevators. Ah, the kitchen light is TERRIBLE! Its almost dark in the night with the lights on, it makes very hard to cook at night, you guys should replace that lighting!

der Parkplatz an der Ferienwohnung stand erst am Folgetag zur Verfügung, trotz mehrmaligem Anrufen wurde der Parkplatz nicht für uns bereit gestellt, die Ausschreibung der Schlafzimmer entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, trotz mehrmaligem Anfragen vor Anreise wurde uns nicht geantwortet, erst am Vorabend des Anreisetags, die Vermieter im Haus waren unfreundlich, man bekommt Gespräche in der Wohnung unter der Ferienwohnung mit, hellhörig

Toller Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne großzügige, helle Wohnung. Tolle Raumaufteilung. Zentrale Lage. Ausstattung in der Küche soweit vollständig, eine Teekanne wäre noch super. Vielseitiges Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel zur Zeit für 14,50 € möglich. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.

Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich durchgelegen, sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Gardinen lassen sich nur erschwert öffnen bzw. schließen das etliche Ringe fehlen .

Sehr angenehme geräumige Wohnung - kein Ferienhaus!

Lage fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Wohnung sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Die Beschreibung bei booking.com ist stellenweise irreführend. Die Unterkunft wird mehrfach als Ferienhaus bezeichnet. Es ist aber eine Wohnung im ersten Stock, und nur über eine Außentreppe erreichbar, die auf einem Foto auch zu sehen ist.

Tolle Unterkunft in Innenstadtnähe

Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Tolle Küche mit Spülmaschine und Backofen. Ausreichend Geschirr und sogar Zubehör wie Backpapier, Teebeutel etc. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist perfekt, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Hofeinfahrt. Den Schlüssel erhält man im Hotel nebenan, völlig problemlos.

Es fehlte eine Beschreibung, wie und wo wir unseren Müll entsorgen können.
