The slanted roof is easy to hit the head, and the place where it was hit still hurts There is very little seasoning in the kitchen, and the light in the bedroom by the side of the road is a little dazzling at night.

Wir haben uns in der modernen FEWO sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage am Hopfensee , eine sehr moderne Einrichtung mit hellen Räumen und 2 Balkonen mit Seeblick .

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, evtl . wären mehrere Gläser und mehr Besteck wünschenswert.

La televisión no es una smart TV, puede ser difícil usarla para gente que no hable alemán porque es televisión satelital, pero es una nimiedad.

Schöne Tage am Hopfensee

Sehr schöne, helle und geräumige Ferienwohnung im 1. OG. Toller Ausblick auf den See. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, der Gastgeber hat in der Ferienwohnung auf uns gewartet. Praktisch war der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Durch die inkludierte Königscard waren wir gratis im Museum und sind gratis mit der Bergbahn gefahren. Für mehr war nicht Zeit während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist die Königscard sicherlich ein großer Bonus.

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung weist eine Waschmaschine in der Küche sowie einen Wäschetrockner aus. Das ist NICHT zutreffend. Es gibt im Keller eine Waschmaschine, die über einen Münzapparat gegen Einwurf von 7 (!) 50 Cent-Stücke freigeschaltet wird (wer hat in Zeiten von digitaler Bezahlung schon so einen Haufen an Münzen in der Tasche?!). D.h. auch, wenn nur ein Kurzprogramm genutzt wird zahlt man auf jeden Fall mindestens 3,50 Euro pro Waschvorgang. In einem anderen Kellerraum findet sich, wenn man Glück hat, ein freier Wäscheständer. Das finde ich - ehrlich gesagt - Beschiss am Kunden und bei dem Preis dieser Ferienwohnung auch ziemlich unanständig. Wenn Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner als direktes Inventar der Ferienwohnung aufgelistet sind, dann erwarte ich, diese ohne Zusatzkosten zur freien Nutzung in der Ferienwohnung vorzufinden. Die gleichsam aufgelistete Spülmaschine steht schließlich auch in der Wohnung und lässt sich ohne Münzeinwurf nutzen. Die Fenster hätten besser geputzt sein können und die Dusche hat eher schlecht als recht für uns funktioniert, weil die Halterung für die Brause nicht hält und die offene Glaskabine insgesamt so kurz ist, dass beim Duschen das halbe Badezimmer geflutet wird.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Gerne wieder!

Lage, Ausstattung, Abwicklung, usw. war hervorragend. Wir können uns wirklich in keinster Weise beschweren. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, zwei Toiletten und zwei vollwertige Schlafräume, Seeblick, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Auch die Abwicklung mit der Übergabe bei An- sowie Abreise war absolut unkompliziert.
