Convenient location to local castles and plenty of room for 5 people.

The location was within 15 mins of the Neuschwanstein Castle. It was also less than 10 mins to several grocery stores, which was nice to have available. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, two kids and my mom. The place was clean, warm, and everything worked well. The host family was very nice and very communicative. The host also provided a Konigscard for each of us. It was great to use for local attractions and locations. It was a very nice touch. We used ours to take the kids to a local ropes course in Fussen.

Easy access, very clean and comfortable. We didn’t meet the hosts but all correspondence was good.

The only thing that stopped rating being a 10 was it could have had coffee sachets or tea available.

Clean and well-located, but missing a few essentials. Very hot at night.

- Very clean and spacious - Great location - Free parking - Kitchen has a lot of amenities

- No fan or AC, it was very hot. They requested that we don’t open the windows as they have ventilation system but it got very hot. - Could do with some more towels - Mattresses weren’t that comfortable - No iron or ironing board - The TV is not a smart TV so was pretty useless to us. - Check out time was quite early (9:30)

Great size for a family

Cozy, comfortable house. The owner was very welcoming and responed in timely manner. The house has everything you need from a pot to bath tub to extra bed. The beds were clean and comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was good and the bathroom was very clean. We had such a great stay.

From the pictures of the house on the website, we thought we might be able to see Neuschwanstein castle but we had to walk 10 minutes to see the caste in distance. It was a good walk though.

Absolutely fabulous and highly recommend for families and friends.

This was our best holiday in the last 2 years. It couldn’t have started better than finding this fabulous property in an amazing quiet location in the country side exactly as described. It actually exceeded our expectations in terms of all the beautiful nature surrounding the place. The best of the property is the comfort (nice temperature), absolute cleanness, privacy, and got everything we needed.

The only less positive aspect was the lack of English info (guest book was in German).

A diamond in the rough

It was very modern & clean, located On the outskirts of Fussen with the smell of fresh mountain air and at night a view of the stars like no other. This was a very large place with a modern kitchen stocked with All the utensils needed for cooking if needed.

WiFi signal When streaming movies could be a little better but may not have any control due to mountains etc.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to the castles!

The whole trip was great! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. We had one kid on the futon and the other kid in a pack and play (provided), as well as an adult in the bedroom, and then we had two more adults in the spacious loft. Everything was clean so well maintained it seemed new. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous with unique views of Neuschwanstein. The location is perfect- in a quiet little town but just 10 minutes from Fussen and the castles. The host was very friendly and accommodating and spoke English, and the parking space fit our SUV just fine.

Общение с хозяином, супер! Место расположение, очень. Понравилось, что всё есть, в квартире, что тебе необходимо. Одним словом, круто!

Диван в спальной комнате, немного испачкан, не приятно. Но, так как мы на нем не спали, то не критично. Телевизор, без смарт части, немного добавляет дискомфорт. В ванной комнате душ протекает но, тоже не страшно. Так как мыться под ним нет проблем. В определенный момент, слышно соседей, когда они активны.

Lo más hermoso es el entorno. Fussen es maravilloso . El departamento es hermoso, cambiaría los colchones de la cama matrimonial y las almohadas.

Que en booking decía con lavadora, pero no aclaraba que estaba en la casa de la dueña y te cobraba 7 euros por lavado 😡 Los colchones de la cama matrimonial son demasiado blandos. El olor a estiércol en el exterior y las moscas. La dueña evita el contacto con el viajero, no te aporta ninguna información.
