Perfect get away if you like seclusion!

Very clean. Owner is very responsive.

I did a poor Job researching. This apartment is in the middle of no where. We had to drive 10-15 minutes to get to downtown Fussen, Neuschwanstein., etc. We were planning to walk everywhere.

We had a family holiday from 25.02.-01.03. Very nice and cosy place, everything you need is in the room. Beautiful view, near a lake and a playground, near all the castles and 25 minutes to the place where you can go skiing in Austria. Free parking. To the city centre 5 min. where you can buy everything you need. Very friendly owners who always helped with everything, special thanks. 100% recommendation. I hope we will come back here for a holiday again

The location was exactly what we were looking for and the room was great. It was close to a lake, the town of Füssen and a couple castles we were visiting in the area. The host was very friendly and informative and met us when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

second bed which was actually sofabed was not at all convenient. It did not have any frame and it is like you are sleeping on the ground with thick mattress. We did not get a room we saw in pictures on booking.com. It had no balcony. Overall the property was overpriced we felt.

Helpful Host, Nice Location, clear room

The host was very helpful and kind. During the day contacted me about our arrival and despite we arrive late at night he was waiting us in the road, to show us were to park. He also help us with the luggage to take them up to the room since we had 2 kids. Anything asked he was willing to help . On departure he came and assist us as well with the luggage's. The parking was FREE, without additional charge per night, compared to other locations I visited in Germany For our short stay, is highly recommended

there was no a normal second bed, but the bed mattress was on the floor. I felt that i was sleeping on the floor and in the morning i could not move

A very relaxing stay, in a gorgeous location.

It was a really excellent base for the holiday. The village is a perfect spot for relaxing, but you can also walk directly to many different beautiful sights e.g. Altasee. The bus service connects you to Fussen and sights like Neuschwanstein, or to the train for exploring further afield - e.g. Munich.

It was pretty perfect - maybe just an information booklet in the apartment giving details on where to take the recycling, or on the different walking trails/surrounding sights.

Definitely a great place to stay

Very attentive staff prior to check-in. Karabag made arrival process easy. Welcome snacks were a very nice touch. Great location, short walk to lake (we took breakfast to eat by the lake shore) & way drive to Fussen itself. Karabag also helped with recommendations to see the castles (we hadn't planned to see them, but glad we drove to vicinity after) & where to eat in central Fussen. The lake is nice enough to stay for a few days of relaxing sunbathing probably. Balcony was a great spot & the room windows and blinds all worked perfectly. Bathroom nice overall.

Only a few small things. Finding the place could be made easier. Explaining the building is up a small road alley immediately near the junction, would help. The bed was comfortable, but felt a bit squashed compared with some places, by being in the corner & was quite dusty underneath. The balcony candle holders were with spent candles, whereas usable candles would have made it more special. Shower gel was not provided (there was just liquid hand soap); a wall‐fitted one would have made it better.

The host was excellent- very helpful. Apartment was modern, clean & comfortable & quiet. Perfect for 4 people. Location was great for Neushwenstein & hiking in the area. We loved the walk around Lake Weisensee- just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It was our favorite stay in our two week trip in Germany.

Lovely cosy aparmemt!

Love the location! its a 3 min walk to the lake. there is a bicycle shop about 2 mins walk from the apartment with e bikes for rent. we booked 2 days and used the bikes to explore fussen town and also to cycle to the castle. fussen has great bike lanes. Apartment is very clean and host is nice and helpful.

Great place to stay while visiting the Bavarian region of Germany. The location was within 10-15 minutes of most everything that we wanted to do. The host was great and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our needs. The view is good and I recommend the hike around the lake!

Maybe smaller pillows and a less heavy blanket for the beds. They are probably great for ski season but we found ourselves a bit too warm at night there in May. But other than that...no complaints!

Wonderful apartment

Extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful host. Immaculately clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Location is only 3 miles off the highway.

Superb

Very clean, bed is comfortable, on-site parking is convenient, nice neighborhood and a short walk to the Weißensee lake and park that our 11 and 15 year old kids enjoyed. It’s a great location if you also want to hike to Alatsee (trails starts from Weißensee too). The apartment goes with a folding bed and a sofa bed which was great for our boys who don’t like to share beds. The host is also very kind and nice.

Wish it had a microwave. Everything else met our requirement.
