Welcome to Haus Refugium!
The house has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.
A large portion of the home’s living space is devoted to the spacious living area, which features a tiled stove, a dining nook, and an open kitchen. The authentic Swiss stone pine coffered ceiling creates a very cozy atmosphere throughout the living area.
Surrounding the house, you’ll find approximately 700 square meters of Allgäu mountain meadow in the summer, featuring many rare flowers and herbs native to the Alpine foothills, surrounded by a beautiful beech hedge.
We have carried out extensive renovations on a regular basis to keep the house in excellent condition. For example, in 2018, the hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, hallway, and both bedrooms were replaced, and a completely new kitchen with new appliances was installed. In 2022, the roof was replaced and fitted with eco-friendly insulation that keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Also in 2022, the home’s electrical system was modernized.
The house has Wi-Fi internet (for a fee)
There is a TV with a DVD player in the living room, a second TV in the children’s room, and a stereo system with a CD player in the living room, internet radio, and connectivity options for Bluetooth, USB, and a 3.5mm jack.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with 4 ceramic hotplates and an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A washing machine with a drying function is available in the basement.
You can safely store your car or bicycles in the lockable single-car garage.
With 28 vacation homes, the Füssen-Weissensee vacation village is one of the smallest vacation resorts in Germany. The vacation village offers two types of vacation homes with living areas of 50 m² and 85 m², respectively; each vacation home is individually furnished.
Standard amenities in all vacation homes include:
• a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker
• a living room with satellite or cable TV, as well as a radio or stereo system
• a furnished patio
• Garage or parking space at the vacation home
• Sleds in winter
• Travel crib and high chair
Our services begin even before your arrival. We offer a grocery shopping service upon request. You’re also welcome to contact us before your arrival to find out when early check-in is possible. That way, you can check into your booked vacation rental as early as the morning.
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
