3-bedroom house near Rutland Water, Stamford and Melton Mowbray.
Located in the village of Barleythorpe adjoining the town of Oakham, this quiet and private 3-bedroom house is nearby an Aldi, M&S garage and a country-style pub.
The house consists of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a single room, large kitchen with dining table, large lounge, bathroom with bath, downstairs toilet, private back-garden with seating, entrance hallway, a work area and desk, and two parking spaces.
Other features include Smart TV, digital piano, books, bedroom closet, storage cubes and the kitchen includes coffee machine, cafetiere (small and large), juicer, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, pots and pans, crockery, utensils, as well as standard white goods: fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Tea, herbal tea, coffee (instant, ground and pod) and hot chocolate available.
You'll have access to the whole house plus outdoor backyard and parking space area.
Check in in most cases will be a self check-in with the safety lock box at the front of the house. Please message me for any questions before or during your stay.
Please note, Smart TV is not tuned in so there is no live TV. For Netflix, Amazon and other TV apps, you'll need to sign in to your own accounts to access.
Please no smoking throughout the property including the garden, in front of house and anywhere in the close.
You are welcome to use the piano, please note it is already second hand so a little delicate.
If you do happen to get a nice day during the Winter, please feel free to remove the cover from the outdoor furniture, the cushions for it are in the storage unit in the garden. The cover is wrapped around the legs of the furniture so please be careful when removing it.
