Meadow View was in a perfect location for walking round the town - simply a 3 minute walk over the meadow path and you were in town. The house was a spotless home, well decorated and furnished with all the necessary facilities and a comprehensive info pack. It was warm and all the services work very well. The communication with Linda was immediate, friendly and welcoming. Parking was a plus and access was straightforward.

The house needs the issues to be corrected for a good review

Good accommodation in a good location for places to see . The town historical sites were very good. Especially Weatherspoons. The town hall exhibition on circus posters was brilliant.

No terrestrial TV, agent could not solve the issues, so we could only have streaming on TV. There are no blinds on the kitchen, shower room, and downstairs wc windows. The glass on windows was not opaque. Privacy was an issue. Also, the agents did not give us the house security alarm code. That was a major issue. The kitchen needs a co2 detector for the gas cooker.

Meadow View was perfect — cosy, spotless, and in a great location with everything we needed

We absolutely loved our stay at Meadow View — it was the perfect location, spotlessly clean, wonderfully cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable break.

The only downside was the roadworks happening just opposite the property, which unfortunately woke us up quite early — though of course this isn’t the host’s fault and was beyond their control.

Lovely property and perfectly placed for a stay in Stamford . We visit family here so will use this property again . It was really clean . It Has a family homely feel about it and has a welcome courtyard garden. Very highly recommended. All contact was positive and helpful .

We’re planning to come back next year!

Location ideal for walking access to town directly across the meadow . Only used car 3 times in the whole week!. Liked little patio at back.

Maybe one more upright seat in lounge would have been nice, very soft low sofa /chair comfortable , but impossible for arthritic family member to climb out of!

A comfortable and fun stay in Stamford in this superbly well situated property.

superbly well situated for everything in Stamford, whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. A spacious three bedroom house with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The mattresses were OK now but won’t be soon - going for the cheap end of the spectrum may be a mistake. it was not clear where the free parking for one car was situated so we paid for both. I think that the details need updating please.

the location was fantastic - walking distance from the station and town centre. The house was very clean and modern and it was great that it had a parking space.

the property was excellent but there wasn’t a lot of kitchen equipment - a few more mugs, plates etc would have enabled us to use the dishwasher. A long mirror in the hall would have been good.

A great place to stay to explore Stamford which is a beautiful old stone town, perfectly located

Great location, walking distance to everything as really close to town center, easy access with convenient parking, very well equipped, has lovely cozy courtyard area with pretty lighting and flowers/shrubs. The property is situated approx. 100ft from the Stamford Meadows which has open grass areas, a pretty river running through it and wonderful views of Stamford

Very accommodating host - a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Stamford

Location was great. Instructions to access and park were very easy to follow. Hosts provided everything we requested, including cot, stair gates and a high chair. Also a nice touch that they provided coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc.
