We loved it and hopefully will be back.

The balcony with the view was amazing, we spent a lot of time there. The accommodation was clean, comfortable with all the things you would need, like towels, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine and even some games. It was a short walking distance to a grocery shop and the beach. Communication with the hostess was great as well.

The only downside was coming back from the grocery shop with bags uphill but it’s manageable and not that far.

Had a lovely stay, Luciana the host is very helpful and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a lovely big balcony. It had absolutely everything you could need. The pool on site is really nice if you don’t want to go the beach. There were also beach chairs and towels you could use.

The only thing was the location, it is a bit out of the way and a steep climb back if you do not have a car.

Perfect for working remotely: good internet connection and spacious. Amazing host

I liked everything! Luciana, the owner, was super available and friendly since the beginning, going above and behind her host duty. You definitely can rely on her for restaurants and general suggestions. Internet works perfectly, I work remotely and I needed a good connection. We could find also some basics in the flat like: oil, coffee, tea, some detergents etc. The flat is spacious, with everything you need and with an amazing terrace. Definitely recommended

Everything was honestly good, nothing to complain. We could walk to the beach in only 20/25 minutes, neighborhood was quite. If you have a dog like us, there is a small cat community nearby but the cats are generally friendly and do not attack our dog. Everything good.

Lovely apartment with huge balcony and beaufiful views, 10 mins walk from the beach

We really, really like this apartment! One of the nicest apartments we have stayed at. Everything was super clean and well-thought. The balcony is huge with the most beautiful views (I miss the balcony and the view already!). The building is also very nice (three elevators!). The area a is very quiet and nice. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Good parking just front of the building. Luciana, our host, was super friendly and fast replying. Big thanks for everything!

Peace and quiet, lovely location, excellent pool, Luciana was fabulous. The apartment was brilliant, it had everything you need, the grounds are really well maintained,

It was ridiculously hot , which is no-ones fault, but walking was hard work, so taxis everywhere, we found lovely tavernas and small supermarkets 5 euro ride away, wish we'd found them earlier...bar Teatro, and next door.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Luciana is super nice and caring host! In apartment you can find everything you need, balcony is just amazing with a view to garden, beds were comfortable, everything is clean. There is a private parking, but we didnt even use it since we were always finding place next to the building. All in all we felt like home.

Good apartment in a good location

The apartment is modern, well equipped, beds are comfortable, the area is quite quiet. The balcony gives a beautiful view to the golf club. I have rented several apartments in Benalmádena and this is much-much above average!! In our last evening there was some really loud party in the opposite building, someone had his 50th birthday with a live music, but when I contacted the owner what she knows about it, she was really helpful. She went there asked what it is, when they would finish, etc., so she tried to do everything to help us!

There was nothing serious, but there are two remarks: - I had a conversation with the owner as the apartment on the photos seems extremely large (photos are made with wide objective), they say it is 78 square meter. But in fact (I measured it as it did not seem to be so large), it is only 49 square meter plus the balcony 12 sqm. She showed me the property registry, which really states 78. Anyway, it is more than enough for 2 persons, might be enough for 3 persons, but I think for 4 it would be a bit small (2 should sleep in the living room). - Keep in mind that this is Spain: there is no thermal insulation and no sound-proofing. If someone several flats away opens the tap or flushes the toilet, you will hear it, as the walls (without any insulation) transfer the noise.

Everything was better than expected and the host was very nice and helpsome. We arrived late but our morning was taken very good care of. There was Coffee and Tea, Sugar, Bread and Water, including all the necessary things in the kitchen. The Apartment was very clean and in good condition. The surrounding was nice and quiet.

Zdecydowanie polecam, blisko Malagi oraz lotniska.

Świetny kontakt z personelem, krótki ale rzeczowy. Bardzo ładny widok z okna oraz naprawdę ładny, duży i czysty basen wchodzący w skład obiektu. Wygodne i komfortowe łóżka oraz przestronny balkon. Rzeczywiście do morza oraz sympatycznej (choć wieczorem cholernie zatłoczonej) promenady spacerek około 500-600 metrów.

Okolica, ale nie sam obiekt!!!, trochę zaniedbana i trochę zaśmiecona. Trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia, choć w naszym przypadku to był tylko jeden nocleg.

Joli appartement...

Appartement propre cosy, lumineux et bien équipé. Propriétaire très réactive et à l'écoute. L'atout majeur de l'appartement réside dans sa grande et belle terrasse avec une jolie vue.

Il n y a pas vraiment de points négatifs, mais peut-être l'emplacement qui nécessite un véhicule ( le supermarché le plus proche et à à peu près 15 minutes à pieds/ plage à 10_ 15 minutes).Mais globalement c'est correct.

Gute zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Balkon war das Highlight, super groß und fantastisch gelegen. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen. Klasse!!!
