Good, but not great apartment.

Location was very convenient, very close to the beach, but also close to many shops and "restaurants" (reason for "" marks is quality of food in these, but that is a different story). We did appreciate very much a possibility of leaving our bags in the morning of arrival and also on the day of departure. This was really helpfull.

Cleanliness of the aparment was quite poor, especially in the bathroom. The shower should be fixed (or replaced), because the water is leaking out of it everywhere. Coffee machine fell apart when I was trying to insert a capsule, but still somehow worked. Oven was not cleaned (there was a dirty tray inside). Quality of beds was not very good, they were squeeky with every move. Double bed is only 140 cm wide, which is wuite small. Mattresses were crazy soft - but some people may like it.

Exceptional

Apartment has most of things that are needed for staying. 4 pools are extra plus also the garden... the location couldn't complain ... right outside the bulding is restaurant, shops, and beach. We could like to stay there again.

Asunto oli lähellä rantaa ja peruspalveluita, alue oli rauhallinen oman sisäpihan takia. Pimennysverhot toimivat hyvin ja tilaa oli sopivasti kolmelle. Kuuma vesi riitti suihkussa ja jääkaappi-pakastin oli erittäin siisti.

Asunnossa oli hyvin vähän astioita! Uunin ovi oli rikki saapuessamme ja se luvattiin tulla korjaamaan muutaman päivän jälkeen. Koko viikkoon ei korjaajaa kuulunut, eli uuni ei ollut käytössä. Yläkerrassa joku raahasi huonekaluja JOKA AAMU klo 7.30.

Für das Geld in Ordnung - aber mit vielen Anstrichen

Die Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Bad ist relativ frisch renoviert. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind einigermaßen bequem. Es hat ein Nudelsieb gefehlt und ein Weinöffner - dieses wurde und nach einem Tag dann gebracht.

Ist nicht für 6 Person ausgelegt. Die Couch ist für 2 Erwachsene nicht komfortabel. Außerdem war die Couch im Wohnzimmer nicht als Bett bezogen - das mussten wir bei Ankunft selbst machen. Das Mobiliar des Apartments ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man musste aufpassen - dass die Schränke nicht auseinander fielen. Beide Schränke in den Schlafzimmern ließen sich nicht richtig öffnen. Für uns wirklich nicht toll war, dass die Rollläden im Wohnzimmer Defekt waren. Nachts hatten wir es dadurch hell - weil die Laternen rein leuchteten und tagsüber zu dunkel - weil auf einer Seite gingen sie gar nicht hoch. Einen Tag später kam zwar jemand, um zu schauen Aber so kurzfristig konnte es halt nicht behoben werden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr spärlich, damit konnte man nicht gut kochen. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war dreckig Und wir mussten alles neu durchspülen. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn wir bei Ankunft wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank gehabt hätten. Oder wie manche Vermieter eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung. Es gab keinerlei Gewürze wie Salz oder Pfeffer - wir mussten alles kaufen. Beworben wird auf den Bildern die tolle Kaffeemaschine - auch hier hätten wir uns gewünscht - zumindest ein bis zwei Kaffeekapseln als Begrüßung. Geworben wird mit einem Pool, aber es wird nicht erwähnt, dass dieser ab dem 1. Oktober bis zum April geschlossen ist. Beim duschen läuft das Wasser heraus und der Boden ist immer nass.

El apartamento es espacioso, luminoso y con un aire acondicionado que nos hizo poder estar muy a gusto. La urbanización tiene piscina y, aunque el complejo es muy grande, no está nada saturada. La ubicación es excepcional.La playa está a cinco minutos escasos. Llegamos muy pronto y nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el aparcamiento antes de tiempo, cuando el personal de limpieza todavía estaba trabajando. Nos pareció un detallazo. Agradecimientos a Borja y a Mimi por su amabilidad.

El baño es muy bonito pero la mampara fija es poco funcional y el agua se sale mucho.
