Apartment with the nice view but requires improvement and cleaning

The view is outstanding. The apartment is close to the sea and you can watch the sunrise. It's fully furnished and has everything you need.

It was quite dirty. All over the place, we were finding black hairs. Dishes also were not clean. We had to wash it before. The host didn't leave toilet paper and soap. The apartment requires some improvement. We saw rust on metallic parts of the furniture. I didn't feel cozy there due to the very low ceiling. I could almost touch it by hand.

Garage place was in the same building and was fine as it was too crowded to park outside. It was quiet in the building.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable. That would be the only remark we had.

The location was great - the kitchen was well equipped - no real issues with the property.

When you arrive with bags at the location you have to then leave your bags out front, or drag them with you and walk to the office to pick up the key. It would be helpful if you could first get the key and then do the documents needed. Or if they could request the documents before arrival and then meet you with the key.

The view was spectacular and the location was great. The pool was lovely, well maintained and the beach was literally across the road!

If possible I definitely come back here!

Breakfast possible nearby on several beachbars. The location is excellent, you only have to cross the street to stay on the beach, superb view of the beach from the appartement. Supermarket at only 10 min walk. Public transport (buses) is very good, bus stop at the door.

Music noise from discotecas every weekend from 10 pm to 2am, the volume depends on the direction of the wind.

Location was perfect. Apartment was really comfortable for a family of four.

It was difficult to find "travel size" goodies for laundry, for example. So for a short stay with kids I suggest you bring a bit of what you need in your suitcase.

Buen equilibrio de precio y calidad

La ubicación es excelente. La persona responsable, muy amable y servicial. Había dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla que pudimos utilizar.

Algunos detalles muy menores de mantenimiento en el apartamento que el responsable siempre se ofreció a solucionar: por ejemplo el termo eléctrico no funcionaba, el barral para colocar toallas en el baño estaba un poco roto, un toma corriente estaba un poco salido de la pared): nada que afectara la estadía de manera significativa. Las plazas son bastante estrechas aunque se agradece que las haya porque dejar el coche en la calle es difícil.
