Apartment was lovely felt right at home, Alberto went over and above to make my stay as wonderful as ever, location is fantastic your 2mins walk from beach bars restaurants. Etc etc. I will definitely be back and considering its only 2hours 45mins flight from UK. Great value for money..

Things can be a bit expensive at shops etc etc, but Hay the days over getting cheap food and drinks is now over its the same everywhere now. One afternoon I went to reception I know that these guys are nothing to do with the room or bookings, but the girl was very rude and passive aggressive. All I was asking was there anywhere to put my case when checking out as check out was 11am and taxi was not to 5pm. But Alberto came to the rescue and let me use his office, best not to ask receptionist anything in regards to your room or stay etc etc.

It was pleasant and comfortable.

The property has enough space for Two persons with a small kitchen that could be easily used for us. It was clean and had a very beautiful view and a sunny balcony.

It would be better if we had cleaning service at least once a week.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, and would do so again.

Great location for the beach. Large pool, with plenty of room around it. The apartment was modern and tastefully decorated.

There was no oven/grill, which caught us out as we bought pizzas to cook ! And only 1 large pan, which was enormous to boil a few eggs. Could do with a chopping board and a smaller pan, but great otherwise.

Other than what I've written above, it is a beautiful Facility in a lovely location.

Other than the Staff in Reception who we didn't find friendly we found the general staff very friendly and helpful. The complex itself is magnificent and very enjoyable to sunbathe and have a drink in.

We didn't realize when we booked the Accommodation that it was a privately owned apartment in the Complex! Also, when we booked we were not advised that it was privately owned! There was no Safe, the Door onto the Balcony wouldn't close properly and the Bedding or Towels were not changed in the 10 Days we we're there. When we questioned this with the Hotel, we were advised that we had to contact the owner! The Hotel didn't have or wouldn't give us the Apartment owners number!!! This obviously left my Wife and I very nervous about leaving any valuables in the room, Passports, Money and so on!! We didn't expect the added expense of having to pay €5 each per day for a Sunbed which equates to €100 over tour 10 Day stay!

Closed in balcony. Was like sitting in a green house. Rules around the pool like no inflatables, had to pay to use sun lounger. No bar to sit outside. Cafe style restaurant. Smell of old damp on ground floor, lots of glass windows smashed, unhelpful staff. Nowhere to store our clothes

The location of the hotel is very convenient: close to the sea and bus stops. We hope that we will be lucky enough to visit you again in the future.

Huone haisi ihan hirveälle, ilmeisesti siellä oli tupakoitu sisällä. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu kertaakaan , ei myöskään siivottu kertaakaan eikä petivaatteita vaihdettu. Olemme olleet aikaisemminkin apartamentos-hotelleissa eikä näin huonoa toimintaa ole ollut missään!

👍Utsikten, vi bodde på våning 11. Nära till stranden. 👍 Biluthyrning öppen, smidigt och vänligt bemötande!

👎SÄNGEN var HEMSK!! Som en stenhård brits! 👎 Kuddarna var hårda! 👎 Hissen var läskig och gick bara till våning 10. Det fanns 2 hissar men en var avstängd. 👎Allmänt slitet! Det kändes som det var ett glänsande hotell på 80 talet typ som nu raserats. Rummen har blivit till privata bostäder för att överleva. 👎 I beskrivningen står det att en pool är öppen året runt, det stämmer inte, poolområdet var ett dött område, trasiga pooler utan vatten. 👎 Personalen i receptionen hälsade aldrig när vi gick förbi, de stirrade rätt in i dataskärmen.. 👎 Ett stort hotell med massor med fd butiker, restauranger mm. alla stängda nu! 👎 Ugn saknas i lägenheten.

Benal Beach sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla,ranta,ravintolat,baarit,kahvilat.kaupat,puisto,bussipysäkit ym. Asunto helposti löydettävissä,ei hissien käyttöä,kolmaskerros,parvekkeelta näkymät merelle ja vuorille. Asunto itsessään oli puhdas ja valoisa.WiFi toimi hyvin.Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.Kolme viikkoa kului hyvin,ilman mitään ongelmia. Palaamme varmasti uudelleen!

Muchas cosas,el agua caliente no duraba ni para una ducha,me puse en contacto con el propietario y ni caso,me cambiaron el apartamento sin mi consentimiento, cuando ya estaba pagado,yo cogí terraza y era galería, las instalaciones prácticamente cerradas, bajando las maletas por escaleras, sin ascensor, todo el recinto muy sucio y descuidado, un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana, etc

Apartamento que no corresponde con lo ofrecido

El personal de los establecimientos eran muy majos. El restaurante de la piscina es correcto para tratarse de un restaurante dentro de una urbanización.

Al llegar, tuvimos una incidencia en el apartamento la cual no solventaron en toda la estancia, es más, no se dignaron ni a contestar al menaje enviado. No recomiendo este apartamento por el mal servicio y que no se correspondía del todo con las fotos que están publicadas, el apartamento está muy viejo aunque le hayan querido dar un “lavado” de cara. El aire acondicionado funciona cuando quiere, por suerte no nos hizo mucho calor y no fue necesario su uso.Los apartamentos les hay mucho mejores y eso que el que elegimos estaba catalogado como el Suite playa. La urbanización está bien, aunque las piscinas están bastante sucias.

Estudio muy bien ubicado y muy nuevo

El estudio 415-1 que es el que estuvimos estaba bastante nuevo y con todo lo necesario. Pedimos y nos enviaron fotos del estudio con anterioridad y todo genial. Cercanía a la playa y restaurantes en la misma playa.

La limpieza de las piscinas, agua turbia siempre. El aparcamiento es muy pequeño para la gente que hay, mejor no intentarlo, se aparca bien enfrente de Selwo Marina que hay un parking enorme gratis (ojo desde las 21 del martes a las 18 de miércoles no se puede aparcar por que es ahí donde ponen el mercadillo)

Vacaciones familiares

La ubicación es muy buena. El estudio según descrito, muy limpio, menaje suficiente, colchones y almohadas duritos. Muy buenas instalaciones, piscinas, toboganes, jardines,restaurante, sala de juegos, supermercado, alquiler de coches... La cantidad de piscinas es genial, contando que se aloja muchísima gente Cuando necesitamos algo enseguida el encargado de nuestro apartamento respondió a nuestra petición, salvo el WiFi que vinieron 3 días después en la hora de la siesta (entendemos que ahí es ya la empresa de mantenimiento la responsable)

Las piscinas podrían estar más limpias. Había mucha gente y entre cremas y "etc" el agua estaba bastante turbia aun siendo temprano por la mañana. El parking es muy limitado. Directamente mejor no mover el coche. Ojo al que vaya con niños pequeños, la barandilla de la terraza es tirando a baja y contando que hay sillas y mesa es fácil tener un accidente.

Zona piscina davvero bella. 4 piscine con tanti scivoli ideali per bimbi e adulti. Comodo avere all interno della struttura un supermercato e un bar. Appartamento carino. Non troppo grande ma per 2 adulti e 2 bimbi va bene. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e di fronte ad un parco davvero bello. Tanti ristoranti in zona.

Difficoltà nell utilizzo della cucina. Non so se il problema fosse la piastra o la pentola in dotazione ma per cuocere ravioli da 1 min ce ne abbiamo messi 12.

Pratico per una vacanza al mare e in piscina!

Ho apprezzato la posizione vicina al mare e a tutti i servizi, la piscina grandissima con il bar all’interno e ll supermarket per ogni evenienza! La lavatrice é molto pratica e il bagno nuovo! Il servizio é stato sempre attento, tramite whatsapp e hanno saputo subito accogliere la mia richiesta quando ho visto che mancava il phon!

Avrei apprezzato maggiore pulizia dei tessuti…Tende e materasso! E purtroppo stando al piano terra avrei preferito una tanda più coprente per la privacy!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, fajne baseny na terenie obiektu.

Sam apartament wyglądał trochę jak niedokończony - w szafie nie było półek, a na jedynej która była u góry stały farby do malowania ścian. W łazience ani jednego haczyka na ręcznik, w kuchni nie było kieliszków do wina. Brakuje jakiegoś większego lustra, jedyne jakie jest to w łazience nad umywalką. Ogólnie apartament przytulny poza tymi drobnymi wymienionymi brakami. Najsłabszym elementem jest balkon, który jest zabudowany szybami i chcąc np. uruchomić klimatyzację robi się saunę na balkonie jak nie otworzy się wszystkich okien.
