Las zonas comunes,el aparcamiento fenomenal,todo cerca,bien situado,a pie d playa,todas las opciones de entrada q tienen,la seguridad,las piscinas espectaculares,en fin todo muy bien y cómodo.

Limpieza,todo muy bien pero siempre mejorable

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is excellent – very convenient, with the beach just a short walk away and the beautiful La Paloma Park just outside the building, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday with a child. Our host Antonio was absolutely wonderful – very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself had been just renovated, so everything felt fresh and clean. It was a bit on the smaller side, but still well-organized and perfectly suitable for our needs as a family of 3. The kitchenette included all the basic essentials, which was very helpful.

There aren’t any major downsides. The only small thing is that the building itself looked a bit worn in some areas, but it didn’t affect our stay. It might also be useful to have mosquito nets on the balcony doors, as quite a few mosquitoes came in during the night.
