The location was amazing, well equipped kitchen

The shower is tiny, the shower doors are broken so bathroom gets flooded every time someone has a shower, you have to supply all yourself, one toilet roll, we left loads that would help the next guest like salt, toilet rolls , shampoos and conditioner. gutters blocked so during heavy rain the balcony flooded and we had to keep sweeping away the water to save the apartment

Low budget accommodation but it is good value for money if you’re young and on a budget it’s good value for money.

Property is in a good location. You get what you pay for.

It’s an old building with lots of unsafe wiring hanging on the exterior of the building very questionable, I doubt it meets health & safety criteria. You are only given one key to the property, it’s accessed via a side street.

Very poor experience

Very poor property, bathroom located in master bedroom meaning if anyone in the other bedroom needed the toilet during the night they had to wake people up. Light fittings hanging off, neither patio door on bedroom or living room remained shut and they were unable to be locked at all, as such all noise from the street will wake whoever is staying in the master bedroom up from about 7am, noise from nearby bars also causes issues sleeping, this also means there is no way of securing belongings. Walls/ floors very thin, on our last night residents above grouped on stairs loudly talking/ banging through ceilings meaning we had very little sleep.

Holiday apt free

The apartment was in a very good location, it was clean, it had a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven. Television, could probably benefit from a little painting but was liveable.

Shower was way too small, my friend and I are only size 10, but found it difficult to get into, anyone larger or a man would not be able to use it. Also there wasn't a full length mirror in the apartment, a must for women guests. There was one small mirror in the bathroom and a small one in the living room.

Pleasant stay, recommend if you are looking for a bigger property close to amenities.

It is nice and spacious, had everything we needed. Location is good, close to the beach and shops, bars etc. Owner is friendly and attentive. Sorted any issues we had.

Some minor issues such as flimsy sockets, broken balcony lock, mould in bedroom ceiling and shower curtain not long enough therefore we had to mop the floors due to the water everytime someone showered. The property needs a little TLC really. These not bothered us much however the mould issue for health reasons needs fixing ASAP. Regardless we had a nice time I would return.

Great place, great location

It was a good location, very handy to restaurants, shops and beach. Bus stop on the door step to get to benalmadena town and to get to torremolinos. The place was very clean also

Great Location

The Location. Beach practically on your doorstep. Mercadonna short walk up the road. International restaurants for every taste on your doorstep. Bus stops to all destinations along Costa del Sol. The apartment is very spacious and provides 50 inch smart tv. Washing machine . Large fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board. Basically everything you have at home.

Sofabed too large for the room in our opinion. It has to be moved from the side to face the ltv to view . A more slimline one would be better ..

The location is great, near the beach and shops. Parking can be easily found.

The pictures showed in the listing were of multiple apartments, not the specific one that was booked. This can be misleading. Also, ours was a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The one bathroom was an en-suite which meant whoever stayed int he second bedroom had to walk via the master bedroom to access the bathroom. This was inconvenient and not clear at the time of booking. There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom.

The property manager was very helpful however he did not have a good level of spoken english but we got through, He was easy to reach by phone if needed something we did not need to do.

The entrance to the property is not very nice looking however the entire building seems to be undergoing some upgrading so please look past this work as the apartment is worth it.

Good apartment but needs some basic items.

The location was great really central, the apartment outside needs work done as there was no light on stairwell Couple of basic things needed ie ..wine glasses Longer shower curtain as water was leaking on to floor, corkscrew, mirror needed in bedroom near sockets, and maybe a couple of blankets for beds. But overall we had a great stay and Mr Alberto was just lovely.

Didn't like the things that I mentioned With missing items ... We had to go out and buy bed throws for beds As there was only cotton sheets on beds, And there was no kitchen tea towels

Gorgeous apartment on palm tree avenue beach end, top floor so great views. A massive balcony with seating which we loved. Looks to be brand new but needs finishing and very high end spec. Would absolutely do stay again! Mr Alberto the manager met us there and brought deposit back Sunday evening as we left very early Monday. All hassle free.

Some wires still to be attached and finished and bathrooms need fans. Also needed sheets and blankets for the sofa bed or spares for the others as we had to share the ones we had and wasn't enough.

Bad

The view was fine but that's where everything stops.

No towels, no change bed linen, no quilt for bed. Cookware old and stained. The toaster was filthy. The kitchen cabinets falling apart, so afraid to use them incase of blame for damage. I was electrocuted twice once by the iron which had bare copper wire showing (only noticed after being shocked) was told to poke finger into Aircon controls on wall to make it work due to missing buttons, this is where my second electric shock came from. Balcony not very hygienic at all due to cracked on bird droppings every where. No English speaking Person at all to speak to upon arrival and throughout our stay. Which made for an awkward greeting upon arrival by having to use a translation app. Could not get a receipt for paying damage waver fee. Then was demanded to pay cash for apartment, to which I replied no because I didn't have cash with me and besides that even if I did I wasn't going to get a receipt for that iether. Then was told through the translation app to ask the people who were with us for the cash or go down to the restaurant on the street because I could get cash there. The following day I asked to pay by card nut again was told to pay by cash because the could make no provision for card payment. Again I was told to get cash from machine, as I only travel with a credit card I wasn't going to withdraw cash because of extra charges and he wouldn't give a receipt again even if I did pay. Finally got a message through what's app from the owner who demanded payment by 11am that day because we're were already occupying his apartment. I explain everything to him again and agreed to pay through PayPal so I would have proof of payment, which was done but then returned by the owner who said he had to wait 21 days for the payment to be freed up. Also he said he was being charged 13 euro to just to collect the monies.

Muy buena localización y un piso grande y limpio. Hemos tenido un problema con desagüe atascado pero nos lo resolvieron rápidamente, muy amables.

El baño necesita una reforma de la ducha, ha sido complicado ducharse por poco espacio y muy fácilmente se salía agua.

El sitio estaba muy bien posicionado, junto a la playa y siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento rápido. Y Alberto majísimo, nos hizo todo muy fácil la verdad.

Están de obras en el edificio y claro estaba todo con polvo, y eso de no tener ascensor y que sea una segunda planta pues, no es muy accesible dependiendo de con quién vayas. Y las ventanas es cierto que son nuevas pero se escucha bastante el jaleo de la calle.

El edificio parecía abandonado, había cables sin tapar, alambres en las puertas peligrosos El edificio tenía una rampa para acceder pero no teníamos llaves de la puerta de la rampa por lo que tuvimos que pulsear el carrito del bebé en cada entrada y salida del apartamento Otra de las cosas es que la persiana del salón a la terraza estaba rota y por la mañana entraba muchísima luz y despertaba a la bebé
