About this apartment rental
Charming 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Benalmádena coast: Avenida de las Palmeras, near the beach and boardwalk. Very quiet residential area, with sea views from the terrace, tropical gardens with a lake, community pools, private parking space in the garage, fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a stay on the coast. Ideal for responsible and respectful guests. Two spacious bedrooms for a comfortable stay. We are waiting for you! High-speed fiber optic connection.

The dates indicated for pool use are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. Pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.

- Possible access restrictions (for whatever reason), which must be respected at all times.

To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are required to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with the current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must be registered to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior at the national level, starting from December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that the law requires us to request information from all our customers (including minors).
