Would come back again

This is an excellent property perfect for hosting a range of different guests. Our host David was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and stayed quite late with us through the check in process and answered all our questions. There was also a quick response time for when we did have a problem and it was resolved very quickly. The property is located in a nice area with the beach, restaurants and shops close by. The pool was well maintained and the terrace had a great view especially at night. All the facilities were clean and easy to use.

You do have to walk up a few stairs but we had some help with our host to take our luggage up

The view from the terrace was amazing, the apartment was very clean and you can drink the water straight from the tap. Beds were very comfortable and one of the bathrooms had just been refurbished with Jack and Jill sinks which were very handy when getting ready with friends. Great location but there is a hill to walk up to get to the apartment.

Neighbours next door were obviously hoarders due to the amountt of empty beer cans piled up in bin bags on their balcony. A screen to obscure this would be good. Also, there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment which are quite narrow with no bannisters to hold onto so that's something to be mindful of. The stairs to the terrace are very sturdy but not the best if you've had a few too many with a glass of wine in your hand!

Really nice, with everything you need! The place was clean! An IKEA home.. 👌🏼 The top territory is amazing. With a view over the mountains.. also the pool area was nice! Sun all the time!!

One of the bathrooms smelled really bad of sewer. We tried to clean it several times, but the smell was there all the time. We contacted Jose (the guy who let us into the. apartment), but it didn’t get fixed. We tried to call him several times. Door frames that was missing a lot of paint and really worn out. Some baseboards were loose and racks that also were loose.. small things that makes the place go from 8 to 7 in overall rating. But the most ignoring thing was the neighbours! Their dogs were barking all the time and scratching the doors.. the bedroom was just next to their room, so we had a lot of sleepless nights because of them. And we’re talking an average dog.. a giant dog.! And please bye a vacuum cleaner.. it’s so much easier to clean!

Very nice and clean apartment with full equipment, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, very large terrace with a beautiful view, near the beach and supermarket, very good and peaceful location. I recommend this place.

Leiligheten er ikke så fin som bildene viser. Den trenger en kraftig renovering.

Beliggenheten var fin. Midt mellom sentrum Arroya De la Miel og strandpromenaden. Balkongen i andre etasje var stor men litt sjuskete. Skikkelig rydding og rengjøring bør gjøres før gjester ankommer.

Standarden på leiligheten var ikke slik vi fikk inntrykk fra bildene. Leiligheten er slitt, stuemøblene burde vært skiftet ut. Sengene er greie for en natt eller to, men ikke for lengre tid. Kjøleskapet manglet dørhåndtak, hadde bare en liten metall bit skrudd fast til døren. Hele leiligheten har stort behov for en total renovering.
