The air conditioning was fantastic, the shower was excellent, very powerful, the location was perfect

Our particular apartment was quite old and dated and in need of a touch up of paint! There was a bad musty/mouldy smell in the apartment I had to buy a scented candle to try & cover the smell! The washing machine door was broken and so we couldn’t use it. The pool had clumps of hair in the water!

The "Refundable" deposit is a fraud

I paid every penny the property asked me prior to travelling there via PayPal, and on arrival I was asked to add an additional "refundable" €50 in cash as "room deposit". I expected the money would be refunded immediately upon checking out, but I never got any response for that. I followed up but they took me down a rabbit hole of asking for my bank details twice in different times. It's been over a month now and I have never received back the money. Last I wrote them, they never wrote me back.

Property was a good price for 1 bed apartment with oven, microwave and washing machine, also a super powerful shower.

Was only informed after booking that a 50€ deposit is required, and if you have a late flight arrival it costs an additional 20€ for owner to turn out with the key after 22:00hrs. Property is too far from the centre. Although we enjoy walking it was too far to walk back in the evening.

There was mold in the bathroom, the kitchen was not equipped properly, only one knife was there and it was completely dull, the owner didn't speak English.

I killed six cockroaches on seperate days while I was there. One of them I found inside the kettle and another one inside the toaster. So that put me off using them Several of the lights in the apartment were not working which made it look even dinguer than it already was, making it very hard to see in the kitchen area The furniture was dated,scratched and had cigarette burns on it. The walls were chipped and marked The sofa was really hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment was described as having a 'pool view.' However the pool was small and at the other end of the block to my apartment. My balcony had no sun at all on it. The check out was at 11.00 am and the Manager was knocking on my door at 10.45 am asking me to leave. As it was I was ready and couldn't wait to leave.

Perfect location

Fully equipped apartment with terrace. Perfect location. Close to the beach, shops, bus stop and restaurants. Very nice hosts. It is very private.

The sofa bed in living room needs to be changed. It was impossible to sleep on it. I had to sleep with my daughter in one bed in order to get decent sleep,it has dents and springs that are pressing onto the body.

Perfect room for a short stay in Benalmadena and great value.

Great location, excellent value for money. Our host allowed us in as soon as we arrived at midday. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the main cafes, restaurants and shops in Benalmadena, but the location of the apartment is quiet and pleasant. There are several restaurants and cafes beside the apartment block, mostly frequented by Spanish people and all excellent. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes away which has everything you could need.

Betrug !!!

Wir haben hier oft gewohnt und waren bis zu dieser Reise immer zufrieden gewesen.

Diesmal hatten wir bereits am ersten Tag einen Wasserschaden im Badezimmer. Ein Handwerker konnte den Schaden nicht beheben. Das Wasser lief in unterschiedlichen Abständen von der Decke und ich habe den Vermieter gefragt, ob er einverstanden sei, wenn wir das Appartment verlassen und das Geld von booking com zurückerhalten. Er war damit einverstanden. Wir buchten über booking com ein anderes Appartment für 8 Tage (etwa 4km entfernt). Leider hat der Vermieter gegenüber booking com unsere Vereinbarung nicht bestätigt, so dass wir das Geld für die verbleibenden 8 Nächte ( ca 600 Euro) nicht zurückerhalten haben. Ich buche seit 15 Jahren bei booking com mehrmals im Jahr. So eine Unverschämtheit eines Vermieters habe ich noch nie erlebt. Booking com zahlte mir eine Prämie von 127 Euro als Entschädigung. Der Vermieter hat damit einen treuen Kunden verloren und ich überlege auch booking com nicht mehr zu nutzen und meine Buchungen für das nächste Jahr zu stornieren.

Posto meraviglioso ad un passo dalle spiagge bellissime a ottimi prezzi (14€ 2 lettini e un ombrellone) sotto casa bar ristoranti ottimi e a buon rapporto qualità prezzo, negozi souvenir e ogni cosa necessaria, a pochissima distanza e raggiungibile a piedi un supermercato ultra rifornito e locale, a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi o facilmente raggiungibile in auto una Lidl. Porto di benalmadena e centro storico molto bello, caratteristici Lungo mare ricco di locali di ogni tipo e genere Benalmadena una bellissima scoperta L’appartamento aveva tutto ciò che serviva ed è davvero in una posizione straordinaria con facilità di parcheggio ad ottobre ma comunque ricco di possibilità quindi credo che anche in alta stagione non ci sia grande difficoltà In conclusione sono rimasta colpita in modo davvero piacevole L’host perdona disponibile, alla mano, cordiale Che dire…. Non sarei tornata

La ubicación muy buena y el apartamento podría estar bien con un poco de renovación y mejor limpieza

La ubicación es excelente, con la playa al lado y cercano a zonas como la calle principal de restauración, el Selwo, el castillo, etc. Entre 15 y 30 minutos de paseo se accede a todos ellos. El apartamento es relativamente espacioso a la hora de poder guardar cosas.

La limpieza no es buena: los platos tenían restos, la placa vitrocerámica tenía grasa y restos de no haber frotado, el extractor te deja pegado al tocarlo... La nevera no funciona bien, ya que estando al mínimo de temperatura, hay zonas muy frías y otras que no enfría bien, además de que parece que tiene ratos en que no enfría correctamente. El sofá es para usarlo poco y solo en caso de necesidad. En general está todo bastante viejo, nada que ver con las fotos: los botones de la vitro están borrados y no se ve el número, la nevera llena de golpes y sin el tirador, la mesa abombada de humedad, en el sofá te clavas las tablas... La entrada a la cocina no es muy cómoda, ya que la puerta choca con la nevera y, si se abre la nevera, hay que cerrar la puerta de acceso. Había un olor como a fritanga en el apartamento que no había forma de eliminar ni abriendo las ventanas. Una ventana tenía el cristal agrietado y simplemente habían puesto precinto. Las bolsas de basura y papel higiénico que hay al llegar (1 bolsa por servicio y la de la cocina, y 1 rollo de papel -empezado- por servicio) son los que hay y, si se necesitan más, hay que comprar, ya que indican que no está incluido.

Não tinha wi-fi, enviei mensagem ao responsável e não obtive resposta, tive que pagar uma caução que me foi devolvida no final, mas só tomei conhecimento deste facto depois de ter concluído a reserva (após mensagem do Booking dizendo que nada mais teria a pagar no local). Tive que retirar o lixo sob pena de me custar €€€.

Falta de menaje en la cocina, frigorífico muy pequeño, éramos 4 y solo había 3 almohadas y 3 tenedores, las lámparas de 5 bombillas solo funcionaban 2, el aparcar el coche era bastante complicado y eso que hemos ido en el mes de Junio.
