About this apartment rental
Beautiful duplex penthouse at 250m from the beach and all services. It has an area of 98m² and consists of its ground floor living room, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with access to another terrace and the bathroom. The staircase leads to a large 30m² solarium with beautiful views of the sea and where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house has free high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning hot / cold in all rooms. It is located next to the communal pool and there is a private outside parking space. There are special discounts for stays of 4 weeks or more (except July / August). The property was immaculate and fitted out to a very high standard.In a quiet area but only a few minutes from facilities.Fabulous roof terrace fully equipped with loungers ,dining table and chairs,bbq and 360 degree views.Excellent service from Christophe and would recommend this property to anyone.
