Great location and size but very basic.

Great location and views. Nice size apartment.

Cooker was very temperamental. Outside shutters not easy to use and some you could not close at all. Tiles in bathroom really dirty. Grouting was black with grime on tiles and around the toilet and basin. Sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers either none existent or very limited. Very disappointed. Very basic provisions.... 1x 1/2 toilet rolls and 1 full one for the week. Front door gate did not lock so unable to sit with the front door open. Air conditioner units in bedrooms no controls.. so unable to use. Washing machine really past it's sell by date and expecting you to stick a pencil in to switch it on was not acceptable. Batteries in TV remote dead. No information on on how to use appliances. And technical books was not available for all appliances. Seems very little attention is being paid to the overall detail of equipment and provisions as described.

Beautiful views of sea and mountains

Nestled on the hills, yet just a short distance from the beach and amenities, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and mountains. Pilar is very nice, quick to respond, and willing to resolve any issues. Apartment is large and comfortable and check in and out was easy.

Un hôte Pilar très bien , un condo agréable

-Grand balcon avec vue magnifique de la mer et lever du soleil -Contact très facile et agréable avec l’hôte Pilar et répond rapidement -Internet performant -Piscine froide mais propre -Lits confortables -épicerie à 8 min de marche -autobus à 10 min de marche

-Vaisselle et chaudron mêlés -Literie minimale -La plaque chauffante difficile à comprendre avec 2 ronds pour cuire -Pas de feuille explicative pour nous informer sur le fonctionnement des appareils, ou mettre les poubelles , ou se diriger pour aller à l’épicerie -Les deux douches ne fonctionnent pas bien. L’eau gicle partout. Il faudrait vraiment changer les deux pommeaux des douches défectueux . -les 55 marches à gravir pour se rendre au condo.

Séjour très agréable à Benalmádena, emplacement idéal pour allier les découvertes et les plaisirs de l’Andalousie.

Le logement est confortable, simple mais efficace pour des vacances au soleil. Deux chambres, deux SDB avec WC. Belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Bonne idée le canapé sur la terrasse ! Quartier et résidence calme à cette saison (séjour début juin). Plage rapidement accessible par un sentier piétonnier. Bus et commerces à proximité. Pilar est de bon conseil et très réactive. Nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés mais ses directives pour l’accès au logement sont efficaces et elle a été disponible pour nos questions.

L’équipement en couverts pour la cuisine peut être un peu juste si on séjourne à 4. Serviettes de toilette qui boulochent.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä ja maisema merelle. Kivan mallinen asunto, perussiisti. Autopaikka.

Keittiön varustetaso on melko vaatimaton ja astiat eriparisia. Kaapeissa tarpeetonta tavaraa, mm. 7 kattilaa ja 3 huonokuntoista paistinpannua sekä kaikenlaista vierailta jäänyttä tavaraa. Vastaavasti mm. vain kolme veistä (11 haarukkaa) ja vain pari viinilasia. Varusteilla pärjää ehkä viikon matkan, mutta vietimme asunnossa reilu 7 viikkoa joten hankimme itse tarpeellisia tarvikkeita. Pesukoneen ohjelmaopas puuttui. Ikkunoiden ja parvekeovien lukitukset eivät toimineet.

Buena situación, terraza estupenda y anfitriona siempre pendiente.

El apartamento está bien situado y la terraza está fenomenal, unos desayunos ideales viendo despertar el día. Pilar siempre ha estado muy pendiente a todo lo que le escribimos y preguntamos, un 10, además nos ha recomendado restaurantes y playa para el perro que llevábamos. La piscina de comunidad es muy agradable y pudimos disfrutarla solos. IMPORTANTE! Si quieres ir a la zona de las playas y el paseo, hay una salida de puerta a pie en la parte de abajo del parking y es muy cómoda, llegas en la mitad de tiempo que por la carretera de acceso a la urbanización, como en 6 minutos llegas a la playa.

Tuvimos un pequeño percance con el mando del parking; no obstante, Pilar rápido nos contestó. Tal vez se podría poner un poco mas bonita la terraza (tiene un sofá, que se agradece mucho, pero debería estar en otra dirección por ejemplo) o la habitación de matrimonio, pero de todos modos, super correcto en relación calidad-precio. Yo lo recomendaría como opción si te alojas en Benalmádena.

La urbanizacion bien, piscina bien, apartamento chulo.Agradezco lo de la perrilla.

En fotos vienen muebles en cocina, aun estoy buscandolos no hay, todo lo tuvimos que repartir por la casa y en el suelo. 20 dias con las cosas por los suelos Parking, una tarea usarlo. A la playa en coche, andando la ida bien, el retorno echale ganas, ... Recomendacion " Las reformas mejor en invierno ". Cuando uno paga lo que se pide, espera lo que a visto en las fotos.
