Apartamento cerca de la playa

Super bien situé, entre Torremolinos et Benalamadena.

Les matelas ne sont pas très confortables mais font l’affaire. À part cela, l’appartement est plutôt bien équipé et fonctionnel.

No había tendero a pesar de haber lavadora, el sofá cama no está muy estable y pocos espejos

El dueño me pidió hasta los DNI de mis hijos de 0 años, 5 y 6 años cuando ellos no tienen DNI todavía y se puso un poco pesada en ese aspecto porque decía q si no daba los DNI no podía hacer el checkin luego se lo pensó un poco mejor y me facilitó la entrada sin los DNI de mis hijos menores ya q no tenía DNI llego pedirme hasta la ficha de nacimiento un poco raro pero bueno se solucionó bastante bien luego

The apartment is located relatively close to the beaches, around a 5–7 minute walk away. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as the promenade and several covered, secure car parks. There is also some parking available near the building. The apartment has a large refrigerator, a coffee machine, and various kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing food. We did not use them, but having a well-equipped kitchen could be useful for a longer stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment raised many concerns. Not all of the towels were clean, and finding them was a challenge in itself. The situation with the bed linen was even more confusing: in one bedroom, it was left in the wardrobe and the bed had not been made, while in the second bedroom there was no clean bed linen at all. This left us very confused upon arrival. One very important issue is that the address shown in the listing is incorrect. Anyone arriving by taxi or on foot may end up around 7–8 kilometres away from the actual apartment. We only received the correct address after contacting the host directly. The apartment itself was extremely uncomfortable and impractical. The toilet seat lid was missing, and there was nowhere to dry clothes. The small bathroom, which contains one toilet and one sink, was almost impossible to use comfortably: the door did not close properly, there was very little space, and the sink was so small that it was difficult to use. The mattresses were worn out and sagging, which made sleeping uncomfortable. A wardrobe mirror had apparently been broken and was never put back in place; it was simply left standing on the floor. There was dirty bed linen stored in the cupboards, and instead of a hairdryer, we found some kind of hairbrush. The area also did not feel particularly quiet or peaceful. Teenagers were running around and making noise outside at night, and we could clearly hear neighbours walking up and down the stairs until early morning. I definitely can not recommend this place for a relaxing stay, and I would not choose to return.
