Aloha Playa Sol y Mar

The view is incredible. I've never been in a room with such a nice view after you wake up. Same goes with a view on the other side - sunsets were lovely. The room is a decent size, we're well renovated, with nice furniture and nothing necessarily broken. There's a clothes hanger, big closet, good sink, big fridge (which is in intervals really noisy), relatively comfy bed (mattress on a wooden board). The balcony is great. I've never had such nice breakfast/dinner scenery Lots of new elevators, building felt safe with a guard present from morning till evening. There are a few groceries options nearby and also lots of dining for good price. The beach is very nice and right across the street. Bus is leaving across the street, takes about 10min to get to the train station (28 by walk)

We've stayed for 12 days. I wanted to like it, but I won't be coming back. 1) The main street is really noisy and full of morons in cars & bikes who have to go full power from the traffic light, with loudest exhausts possible. The windows are not well insulated and even when closed you can hear a lot of traffic. 2) immediately after checking in, there was the already few times mentioned smell in the bathroom. I asked about it when the owner came to repair the broken shower head (which someone reported here in a review months ago), and he said that "it's old buidiling plumbing and can't do anything about it". We've had to put a wet towel over the shower drainage and have the widow open almost all the time, this was not a pleasant experience. I understand the building issue, but a brilliantly renovated bathroom (opposite to what I've seen in advertisements on other accommodation in the same building) where you want to spend the least time possible is a shame. I would expect some pro activity for the money. 3) The walk from elevator to the apartment has a rather low handrail for a 13th floor, even I felt a bit uneasy and said I wouldn't want to come back to the apartment in a tipsy state. 4) The only pan available is the cheapest one you can get in Ikea and is in a really bad shape. No big knife. 5) We've used the AC for heating, it made some hard noise during night. Can't compare. 6) The TV is so small it looks funny on the wall, you can't properly see it neither from the sofa or from bed.

La vue est MAGNIFIQUE, le cadre est très agréable. Le propriétaire est réactif. L'emplacement proche de la plage

La qualité de la literie, le matelas, les oreillers n'étaient pas au niveau de l'emplacement ainsi que le manque de certaines choses légèrement basique comme certaines accommodations en cuisine (poêle qui ne colle pas et du liquide vaisselle). Mais pour le reste tout était bien.

Pedimos servicio de cuna para mí bebé y nos dijo que habría que abonar un extra de 10€ cuando llegamos al alojamiento era un parque cuna sin colchón una tabla y encima una mantita de terciopelo "Estamos en junio" no nos parece que un bebé dormir encima de una tabla sea lo mejor para su descanso ni nada le digo que no la vamos a usar porque esas no son condiciones para descansar nadie y me dice que aunque no la use se la tengo que pagar ! Y recibiendo insultos como grosera ect ect tuve que bloquearla de wassap , sus palabras son que esto no es un hotel si no un apartamento! ¿Ya por eso tiene que dormir un bebé en una tabla? Que poca empatia
