On arrival we had to wait a while for access as our flight gets in early, but no problem at all the flat really is excellent for comfort and being central to amenities but the views are exceptional from all windows and balconies, very hard to beat

Not much except for women who said long length mirrors might be worth it but all in all really comfortable

This is a fantastic property across the street from the beach but 11 floors up so it feels like it's directly on the ocean. The view is panoramic and the balcony is mostly protected from the wind and always warm if the sun is out. The kitchen and appliances are modern , the bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms adequate, and open kitchen/living room floorplan. David, our property contact, was helpful, polite, and did his best.

Despite all of the pros, God help you if something serious should happen, because the only real problem with this property is the owner of the property company Ignacio. We moved in on a Friday and experienced a major storm on Sunday. We awoke Sunday morning to find water all over the living room/kitchen space floor coming in through the large, floor to ceiling windows. I immediately texted David (who was off for 2 days) with no response. I spent all day into the evening mopping up water. I texted periodically all throughout that day getting a response. I called Booking.com and they offered to put us up at another hotel, but I differed, as I knew that if I left some real flooding damage might occur and we would be without the apartment for the month we rented it. They contacted Ignacio and he sent more towels as we had to use our bath towels to stop up the water. Did Ignacio come over to inspect the damage, apologize, offer compensation for a day lost? NO! The following day I continued to try to reach property management with no luck. When I finally got a call from David, he apologized, explaining that he was off those 2 days and no one covered for him. After all of this, I initiated a claim for compensation through Booking and they told me that "Ignacio would call me, but feel free to call him". That was their standard MO. Not wanting to get involved. Ignacio's MO was to delay, delay, delay, never initiate contact, never apologize, and to do as little as possible. The bottom line: I got the 80€ (1 days rent) refunded for my time and loss of the property, but it took 45 days and 9 calls to Booking.Com. Each time I had to start fresh with a new representative and bring them up to speed. While waiting for that refund, I increased my ask to $200 Euros as problems continued throughout our stay - but Ignacio simply did not respond. The time and effort that I spent to resolve all of this was a total distraction to my vacation!

Lovely apartment, close to amenities, shops, bars, restaurants. The beaches are clean and had lively walkways. Beautiful views all around, 2 balconies to choose from. Lifts were very convenient too.

Not being able to drop off cases. It was a 27-minute walk to the nearest baggage drop. This spoilt our first day and was very tiring. There was a terrible smell from the ensuite bathroom. I had to move bedrooms. Otherwise, all good. We would stay again.

Asunto oli tilava ja lähellä rantaa. Vastaanotto oli ystävällinen. Ravintoloita, taksit ja bussipysäkki ja kauppakin olivat melko lähellä.

Isomman makuuhuoneen kylpyhuoneesta tuleva erittäin paha viemärin haju pilasi ja haittasi oleskeluamme huomattavasti. Annoimme palautetta asiasta kaksi kertaa ja hetkeksi haju poistuikin, mutta tuli aina takaisin. Makuuhuoneessa ei voinut oleskella.
