There wasn’t one thing to fault to be honest, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the appliances worked perfectly and the outdoor areas were lovely and lovely neighbours also. The location was perfect for us as we prefer that side of the town, very close to the beach and about 25 mins walk from Benalmedena Marina.

Beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Nice quiet apartment block.

Would have been nice to have access to the pool but understand we were off season and the beach was a couple of minutes away so wasn't too bad.. We were lucky to have great weather in Oct.

Good location. Quiet area, 5 min easy walk to promenade with bus stops and beach, 8 min walk to Mercadona, 30 min walk to RENFE. Communication with cooperative host AUXI via Whatsapp. Old fashion but nice 3 stairs house without lift (important info). Our apts had Ost wide balcony and west French widow in bedroom. Equipment was up-to -date. No problems with water, kitchen and WIFI, Rooms have 2 conditioners and plus 2 separate heaters (not used by us). It was quite comfortable for 28 nights stay. We believe it will be not cold during winter rent. Many useful petties including beach towels. Will keep this location in mind for possible next visits.

Just for info we recommend some improving : advertising about absence of lift , TV- programs only in Spanish. Г-shaped divan in studio is not comfortable for sleeping, seems it time to change it. In our opinion kitchen area bar table had not comfortable surface subject to be renewed by another paint or plastic. Finally it will be superb to have one more thin blanket for bedroom and two small beach lounge chairs. This will be 10.0 score :)
