Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment w/ large garden + pools

The location, very convenient. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen well equipped.

The large pool was closed, the smaller pool wasn’t as accessible or suitable for my families needs.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, with a lovely balcony for sitting out in the morning and evening. It’s in a great location for the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the centre of Arroyo.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The pool did not appear to be in use as no one seemed to use it and there were padlocks on every gate around it. We were unsure as to whether any of the keys we had unlocked them but we were not overly bothered about using the pool so did not make any enquiries about it but it may be helpful for other holiday makers if there was info re pool access/times of year it is open in the apartment.

Fabulous apartment which is well equipped. Beautiful gardens and pool. Short walk to beach and a range of restaurants. Supermarkets close by. A real gem. Would definitely stay here again

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y cuenta con buenas instalaciones en las zonas comunes La cocina y la terraza lo mejor de la casa, además cuenta con bastantes accesorios de playa/piscina

La habitación principal tiene el armario en interior roto (cajones) y la persiana no bajaba, cosa que pedimos que nos arreglaran pero no nos dieron solución por parte de los propietarios (Alexandra la chica que gestiona el apartamento sí mostró interés) La segunda habitación tiene una distribución muy incómoda, sin enchufes cerca de la cama y perchas oxidadas Las sartenes están muy deterioradas. Preguntamos si tenían disponibilidad para aparcar el coche y nos dijeron que no, pero a la hora de abandonar el apartamento se contradijeron. En general por el precio del apartamento creo que pueden tenerlo mejor cuidado y ser más atentos.
