Pleasant but air conditioning was terrible.

The location was good. Good space in apartment.

Air conditioning knocked off every 2 hours. Woke up every 2 hours to turn it back on . Got very little sleep in very warm conditions.

Great property, grounds & pool. Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious & quiet with gorgeous sea views.

Steep Hills &/or lots of steps up to property. Would have preferred a welcome pack in terms of having more instructions on how to work things in property & some knowledge of local area/things to do/taxi numbers etc.

Three balconies, nice pool, beds were decent, air con in every room, wardrobes and dressers in the rooms.

was supposed to be two double beds and two singles, ended up being four singles. Bit far from the main square and marina.

Benalmedena apartment

The apartment was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. . The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage and a lovely terrace outside each bedroom.. the upstairs terrace was great for private sunbathing and eating breakfast outside..

Overall the apartment has a lot of potential. It is a bit tired looking. Needs painted and the kitchen needs some work done. . New sofas needed as we got some bites from the coverings.. no lock on the bathroom door. Fridge door handle missing. As I say it was a lovely apartment just needs some maintenance.

Bedarf einer Renovierung

Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und zentrumsnah ist super.

Die Wohnanlage im Allgemeinen und die Wohnung im Speziellen sind ziemlich abgerockt. Den Pool benutzt niemand. In der Wohnung schließen mehrere Fenster nicht. Diese sind also immer offen. Fast alle Rollläden sind kaputt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Enttäuscht von dem Zustand der Wohnung zu diesem Preis.

Die Lage der Wohnung mit der guten Aussicht auf das Meer und die Größe der Wohnung. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein oder einen Mietwagen wie wir haben, da die Wohnung auf einer Anhöhe ist.

Wir hatten die Wohnung 4 Wochen im Januar 2025 gemietet. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Armatur der Küchenspüle war vollkommen locker. Da Wochenende war, abe ich sie selbst wieder festgeschraubt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer sowie 2 Stühle an dem Beistelltisch zum Essen waren alle stark durchgesessen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war alt und Besteck war auch nur begrenzt da. Die Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung waren auch im Wohnzimmer sehr deutlich zu hören, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine normale, abgeschlossene Zimmertür, getrennt war. Dahinter war gleich eine offene Abstellfläche unter der Treppe, wo Alles mögliche, wie Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, usw. abgestellt war. Der beutellose Staubsauger war war voll und musste vor dem ersten Einsatz geleert werden. Die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer wiesen starke Flecken auf.
