apartamento en Benalmadena

Keskeinen sijainti lähellä Benalmadenan rantaa ja ravintoloita, talosta oli saatavilla autohallipaikka, johon oli helppo ajettavuus. Myös ruokakauppa Mercadona on noin 150m päässä. Asunnon vuokranantaja Martha on oikein mukava ja avulias.

Huoneisto oli melko pölyinen ja likainen, joten siivoukseen olisi hyvä kiinnittää enemmän huomiota. Kalusteet vaativat osittain päivittämistä, pari nojatuolia olisi mukava lisä, ettei tarvitse istua vain yhdellä sohvalla, etenkin kun majoitus on tarkoitettu 4:lle. Asunnossa ei ole terassia/parveketta lainkaan, sisääntulo tasanteella on vain pieni pöytä ja tuoli mutta jos siinä istuu kun melko kovaääninen ilmastointilaite on päällä, saa myös laitteesta vettä niskaan.

Pool area was great, apartment spacious and well kept, plenty of hot water for showers for 4 people, air conditioning worked well, beach towels provided. Also the hosts Jose Luis and Marta were really accommodating and available at all times, not that we needed to.

No patio or balcony outdoor space, just a small table and 2 chairs outside the door which we didn’t use. However the grassed areas around the pools was large enough and close by so not a major problem. Paying for air conditioning, although the host credited the machine for us on arrival, which was very much appreciated.

*amazing location *complex the apartment is on is quiet, friendly and feels very safe *size of apartment is great. We were staying as four adults and one toddler *the accommodation had a well facilitated kitchen and the extras like washing up liquid and washing machine cleaner was helpful. *communication was excellent and very helpful *the air conditioning with the ceiling fans was fine at keeping the apartment cool. The air conditioning had a small amount of credit in it and we only had to use in the evenings so in 10days we only had to put 5 euros in it.

*the drawer units in the wardrobe need replacing as the drawer fronts kept coming off in both bedrooms * the balcony furniture was uncomfortable to sit on.

Excellent apartment in a central location for the beach and shops. The apartment is very well equipped with everything that you need.

The pillows were uncomfortable. That is our only criticism.
