About this apartment rental
Benalmadena is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. With this apartment in Pueblo Evita Resort, your vacation will be even better! The apartment has access to rooftop pool and ground pool, sun all day and a five minute walk to the beach. Perfect when you want to be close to everything but avoid noise. The apartment is located near the main street with restaurants, bars, the beach, shops, amusement parks etc.
Pueblo Evita is built like a Spanish village with stairs and is not suitable for people with disabilities.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge / freezer. The kitchen consists of everything you need to cook a great meal the day you would rather be home than going out.
The apartment has a combined dining room and living room with dining table with four to six chairs. There is a three seater sofa bed and armchair with coffee table. The living room is equipped with a large smart TV with apps like Netflix etc.
From the living room you come out onto the smaller balcony. The balcony has tables and six chairs and is perfect for breakfast, coffee or a proper dinner where you can look out over Benalmadena and even glimpse the sea.
Wi-fi is free and covers the entire apartment so you can read emails or browse the internet wherever you are in the apartment, even on the balconies!
The master bedroom has a double bed that can be separated if needed and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom also leads out to the apartment's larger terrace with sun loungers, parasols.
The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can be pushed together if needed and wardrobes.
Between the two bedrooms there is the second bathroom which has a bathtub when you want to relax and read a book. This bathroom also has a washing machine so you can always have clean clothes!
The apartment has AC with heating and cooling in all rooms.
It is not necessary to book a car as you have most necessities within walking distance. It is also easy to travel to most destinations by taxi, train or bus.
Street parking for cars is available with plenty of places.
The distance between the apartment and Malaga airport is 20 minutes by car.
The price for taking a taxi to the airport is about 25 euros.
The price for the airport by train is 3 euros per person.

Lovely apartment great location great restaurants and cafes close by, but it is up an extremely steep street which is fine if you don’t have walking issues. Love it and booked again for next year.

Everything about this property was perfect for us. The location, the internal and external facilities were fantastic. Hopefully, we can go back some time.

Nice spacious apartment, but needs modernising a little & cleaned better, new towels & patio furniture, more wardrobe space in second bedroom ,on the whole in a good position.
