This 2 bedroom apartment with air-con (used for both heating and cooling), big terrace with barbecue is located in Pueblo Evita vacation club, one of the most exclusive holiday complexes in Costa del Sol.
There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one near the apartment and the other is a large rooftop pool in a separate part of the development further up the road, where there is also an indoor heated pool. There is always a life guard by the pool so you can feel safe even when you swim with little children.
The apartments are build in an Andalucian style.There are two bars and a Clubhouse with nightly entertainment and food. There is a big supermarket on the other side of the road and it is just a 5 minute walk to the beach of Benalmadena. There are also lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Master bed-room has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
the second bed-room has 2 single beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe.
There are fans in both bedrooms.

Bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, washbasin and wc.

Open kitchen with good work top area, electric hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cupboards, iron and ironing board.

Lounge is eqipped with aircon. It has a double sofa bed with a coffee table, a dining table and 4 chairs. Extra chairs are available. Fitted ceiling fan and a fire place.

There is an outside barbecue area on the big terrace.

English products are sold at the on-site supermarket. The poolside club house serves food and drinks and features evening activities.

There is a tennis and paddle tennis club next to the property, while you can reach Tivoli World Theme Park in 15 minutes on foot. Torrequebrada Golf Course is 2 km from Pueblo Evita and Torremolinos Water Park is a 10-minute drive away.

Pueblo Evita is ideal for either families or single people, because it is the perfect location if you like to stay in a quiet place, but yet extremely close to lots of lively areas and towns as Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Marbella and Malaga.

However if you like to go out for a quiet drink or a romantic diner Benalmadena-Costa has everything you need.

Ideal for summer holidays, but also for longer winter breaks and for visiting the rest of Andalucia or playing golf. When you stay in this apartment you don´t need a car. Everything you want and need is at a walking distance. There is a big supermarket on the other side of the road with fresh meat, fish and vegetables. There are little shops, bars and restaurants nearby and on the promenade on the sea front which leads to the beautiful award winning marina of Benalmadena. On a 10 minutes walking distance you will also find the Paloma Park, the market place (market Friday and Wednesday) and the dolfinarium. In the park are several terraces, play grounds for children and lost of animals.

For trips to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga or Marbella you can take a bus which stops on the coast road, just at a 5 minutes walking distance.

In Arroyo de la Miel you can also take the train to Torremolinos, Malaga and Fuengirola and a bus to the white washed villages in the mountains of Benalmadena-Pueblo and Mijas.

GOLF is the main sport activity on the Costa del Sol or the Costa del Golf, as many call it. In Benalmadena and it's direct surroundings you will find many golf courses of prime quality.

Further local attractions: Tivoli World Adventure and amusement park, Golf courses, Torrequebrada Casino and cabaret shows, the award winning Benalmadena Marina, the Paloma Park and the dolfinarium in Benalmadena-Costa, the cable cars and much more.
