A most pleasing time for us.

We were delighted with the location, space, view and facilities of the apartment. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about. Wonderful swimming pool too.

Great stay, check in was a disaster

Great location and within walking distance of supermarket and 20 minutes to the strip, apartments are quite big and are kept in unbelievably good condition

The check in was a nightmare, we requested a late check in as we were delayed getting to the property and were told this was fine, however when we got there we could not get through to anyone and spent 3 hours outside before finally being giving a number to contact to check in

Sea view, separate bedroom, big fridge, good linen and towels, AC heating is good to keep the place warm, lift to third floor, plenty of space, balcony, loads of bright windows.

Have been charged €20(cash only) just to get the key in the middle of the day! (NEVER had this in all the years on holidays). Washing machine broken, oven broken, kitchen ware DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Kettle is scaled up to an unimaginable level PLUS someone has been boiling food in it and it has never been cleaned after. A single roll of toilet paper, no soap or shower gel. Power breakers trip every time you try to run AC plus either cooker or a hair dryer, or a microwave, you may only run one at a time(seriously?) Hot water runs out within 3min (boiler is tiny). Water leaks from bathroom into corridor (pipework issue, not splashing). It was quite the most of the stay, but once someone checked in next door - we found out there is almost no sound insulation(you can talk to your neighbours through the wall). We had workers observing our windows every morning, they were repairing and paint touching walls of the building.So not a very private experience(if you want to have your breakfast in you underware:) ) P.S. after i called them from my mobile (luckily i used "disposable" Lycamobile) started to receive spam calls:)) Could be a coincidence, BUT beware!

what I did not like, was you had to have a key put into the location of the gate every time to come in and out with your vehicle. The other thing I did not like they had no Internet and they had a 6 inch TV very small to watch any TV at all .

Location

Everything else. No pool, had to pay to get the key on a Sunday, tired and dated apartment. Unsafe balcony. Pay to get the key...this wasn't advertised as such. Pay for parking......also not advertised. No reception, it was a holiday shop out on the street that doubled as a reception, but no signs whatsoever. No internet in said shop, even though internet was advertised in the 'reception'...all lies. Booked apartment for 4 people, but not enough items for 4 people. 1 tea spoon, 2 bowls etc Kettle didn't work. TV didn't work and had to be replaced. Apartment was falling apart. On complaint to Bookings.com...your supposed 'service agents' were uninterested and useless.

Poor service

The size of the apartment was great

There was no actual reception on site, nor when it is found is reception even named casinomar, it was named "holiday club" and outside the gated area on the street front. The taxi we got from Malaga airport didn't even know where these apartments where, they had to ask another taxi driver. A small sign with Casinomar on the wall, these apartments looked more residential than holiday let's. When we eventually found "reception" and at check-in we were not even asked did we need help with our bags, we were given slight directions to apartment block. The pool looked locked up and nothing was explained about access. We were told at check-in that holiday club reception is closed on Sundays, checkout was 11am and no where to leave luggage as our flight was late afternoon and late checkout charge would be €20, even though they were closed. We then had to book the taxi with holiday club reception on Saturday for sunday afternoon at 3pm, Sunday morning we wanted to go to airport earlier, but we had no way to change this as holiday club reception was closed. The size of the apartment was great, but other facilities and customer care i would not recommend these apartments to anybody

Not too good getting the keys, we were emailed a phone number to call on arrival, when we got there we called the number but the phone was switched off, had to ask in one of the local bars and they helped us out

A vízmelegítő nagyon hangos az egyik szobában nem lehet aludni tőle rendesen szükséges lenne egy tolóajtó a szoba szobára. Kilencen mentünk de csak nyolc ágyneműt kaptunk. Fontos volna hogy rögtön két kulcsot adjanak hiszen nem biztos hogy mindenki együtt megy valahova.

La situación.

Llegamos más tarde de la hora de cierre de recepción. En la app de booking no nos dejaron el teléfono al que llamar cuando llegáramos, ni en el portal de la urbanización había nada. De suerte, localizamos a un vecino que pudo darnos un número de teléfono de una persona que contactó con el empleado que nos traía las llaves, (no dormimos en la calle de milagro), cuando nos lo da, nos recalca los 20€ haciendo caso omiso a nuestra queja. Subimos al apartamento y las fotos no se correspondían con la realidad, lo han pintado para darle un lavado de cara pero no se dignaron a ventilar con lo que la peste a pintura era insufrible. El sofá-cama es un sofá viejo con los sillones hundidos que abajo tiene un somier de láminas roto, y para colmo dejaron sábanas para 3 cuando éramos 4. Una opción para no volver, descontrol absoluto. Lo único positivo que nos devolvieron los 20€ por las molestias del primer día, pero poco más.

El apartamento estaba sucio, la cama y el sofá serán bastante incómodos a parte de que la mayoría del mobiliario era como de los años 80.

No repetiría

Las vistas desde el apartamento y la ubicación, no esta en todo el jaleo y hay un lidl en frente, lo cual era muy cómodo.

El apartamento esta un poco antiguo, no estaba limpio del todo, nos encontramos con mosquitos aplastados en las paredes, arañas, y grillo. Los muebles del baño estaban rotos y la madera soplada de la humedad. El microondas estaba quemado y olia fatal. Se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción para que se pasara alguien a limpiar, pero nunca se paso nadie. Por otro lado, la recepción no trabaja los domingos, pero si aceptan que reserves en domingo. Te obligan a pagar 20€ para que vaya un señor a darte las llaves. Finalmente, cogimos el apartamento por la piscina, la cual se indicaba abierta en las fechas que reservamos. Nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar vimos que estaba cerrada entre semana y abierta los fines de semana (estuvimos alojados de lunes a jueves). Lo comentamos a la recepcionista y dijo que lo cambiaría en booking. En fin, no repetiría.

La ubicación estaba bien

No nos gusto el trato con la persona encargada de darnos las llaves. Señor con poca amabilidad al hablarte, aunque sea un trabajador y no tenga respuesta de ciertas cosas como tema Parking porque nos habían dicho que venía incluido y al ir nos dijeron que eran 5€ por noche. Sus respuestas eran muy secas o quizás su forma de expresarse, pero cero amabilidad. El lugar estaba recogido pero lo justo, la lavadora no funcionaba y es algo importante en un lugar de playa y nosotros íbamos 4 días y con una niña de 3 años.. en fin. Lugar cerca de la playa y a otros lugar, pero le quedaba mucho para ser un lugar cómodo y acogedor

Algo decepcionante

La piscina y lo amplio que era el piso

El piso estaba bastante viejo y con falta de mantenimiento. Pusimos una lavadora el primer día y la puerta no se abría, llamamos varias veces para que la arreglasen y es verdad que al día siguiente trajeron la pieza de repuesto. El cierre de la terraza estaba muy muy sucio , y había muchísimas hormigas, en cuestión de minutos si dejabas algo en el poyete de la cocina estaba plagado. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que para acceder a la piscina tenías que tener una chapita, y siendo 6 adultos teníamos que ir a abrir cada vez que alguno necesitaba entrar o salir de ella porque solo nos dieron una. La playa está lejos, necesitas de coche para ir si o sí. Y lo que menos nos gustó es que daban por hecho (con el arreglo de la lavadora) que podían entrar sin estar nosotros dentro para arreglarla "porque el de mantenimiento era de confianza". Para terminar, como nos fuimos del piso un domingo, no nos cogían el teléfono para saber qué debíamos hacer con las llaves, y tuvimos que apañarnos y contactar a ultimísima hora con alguien para ello. Sinceramente, no volvería a alquilar éste piso.

Condiciones inhumanas e inhabitable

Nada tengo fotos de todo llegamos y estaba sucio sábanas sucias todo hinumano para estar con un bebé de 1 año encima había cucarachas tengo fotos de todo el termo del agua no funcionaba y encima estaba en unas condiciones fatal quiero que booking me de una solución rápida y este alojamiento lo quiten de su paguina por qué es una asquerosidad por no decir más cosas, esto esta inhabitable .

CUCARACHAS Y SALAMANQUESAS CONVIVIENDO CON NOSOTROS

Cuando llegamos no pudimos ni sacar la ropa de las maletas ...todo el apartamento lleno de cucarachas,moría del asco.me cambiaron a otro,y ahí "sólo me encontré cuatro de ellas muertas".la lavadora tuvo que arreglarla mi marido,pues no desahogaba de la mierda del filtro y no nos abría para recuperar nuestra ropa.Las chicas de recepción bien,pero solo con eso no compensa lo sucio y asqueroso que nos encontramos todo.Lo de las cucarachas fue lo peor, una pesadilla.No me cobraron el parking,pero igualmente no repetiría ni loca.Subiremos fotos,ya que no las tengo yo en mi dispositivo,así como video de como tuve que ponerme a recoger agua y agua del suelo por la lavadora .
