Frente al mar

Todo OK. Bien la estancia. Apartamento confortable. Vistas al mar. Anfitrión eficiente. Bien cocina agua caliente y AA.

Location was very good for us, a bit outside the very centrum to give a little more quietness, but still close enough to reach beaches and attractions by foot. Although we did not get a fast parking place, there was no problem finding a spot for the car. Equipment adequate. Host polite, approachable and responsive.

Some issues with equipment: a bit leaking coffee machine (but still functioning) and also leaking iron (not functioning). The host was informed and said he would be replacing these for new guests. I am sure we would get a quick replacement though if it was important for us. Otherwise ok. We stayed until 29.05 and the swimming pools were not open yet. I am almost sure that the booking.com was listing the swimming pool as open at the time of travel, and it was one of our priorities when choosing our trip. So a bit of disappointnent here (and reason to lower overall score from 9 to 8).

Logement très spacieux, très lumineux, propre, literie confortable, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la baie de Benalmareda. Toutes les pièces sont grandes et agréables. Accès à la résidence sécurisé donc le parking aussi et c'est très calme. Accès simple à des supermarchés et restaurants pas très loin. Et tout ceci pour un prix très compétitif ! C'est une très bonne solution de logement pour visiter la région si vous avez une voiture (station de train pour malaga à 5 minutes en voiture). Hôte sympathique présent sur place pour remise des clés.

Il faut un peu solliciter l'hôte pour avoir les infos (mais on y arrive !) et on sent que la qualité du séjour dépend du comportement des voisins (aucun soucis pour nous à a période ou on y était).
