We were 2 adults and 3 children and 1 week in Marcos Apartment. For us it was very good and central. Wonderful was the contact with Marcos, very helpfully and friendly. Thank you!

A well equipped and comfortable apartment close to bus stops bars and restaurants and of course very close to the beach. The host Marcos was very easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Bedroom looked like a cave with a curtain over the arched entrance. The two bed settees were uncomfortable to sit on. No full time reception, using phone not easy. TV very limited. Picture from the balcony looked like the facilities were present, however they belonged to the Balmoral. Lounge area too narrow when you put the coffee table at the settee. Bedding and towels in previous apartments were changed weekly. Previous apartments in Benalmadena, had receptions, bedroom with window and wardrobe, bigger lounge area, At least one English channel.

We don't think this apartment should be let for long term.we don't think it was very comfortable. Also the bedroom was situated in the lounge and separated by just a curtain .There was everything in the apartment that you need.but only for short lets

This is a great little apartment in a very central location. Marcos ( the owner) could not have been more helpful. It was great to have all the little details i.e. hairdryer, iron, washing machine at our disposal. Water , coffee, etc also provided which makes the apartment seem like home. Will definitely be back. The apartment was very cold as the air conditioning wasn't working properly and large amounts of rust kept falling off onto the balcony. We did not get Netflix as promised.

A great location

We had an enjoyable 10 day stay at this well located apartment. The property was in OK condition with everything you need for a nice break. The apartment is in a block of apartments above shops and restaurants but this did not disturb us in anyway. The apartment was very quiet at night even though the apartment faced a large hotel. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again. I must say that Marcos the owner was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know.

This is a well equipped, compact apartment in a wonderful location, close to restaurants, buses, the beach and supermarket. It is about a 20 minute brisk walk uphill, to the train station. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a stay of 1 month. It was perfect for 2 people. The balcony gets the sun in the morning, so is great for breakfast outdoors. Marcos was a good host, responding very quickly to all enquiries. We really enjoyed our stay here and found lots to do in Benalmadena and the surrounding areas.

La limpieza sobresaliente. La ubicación fantástica, ves la playa desde la terraza, la tienes al lado y nada agobiante, con sus chiringuitos chulos para los mayores y para los niños muy bien. Marcos ha sido estupendo, buena comunicación en todo momento. No hay que llevar nada porque tiene de todo para cocinar, para aseo y wc, limpieza, lavar ropa, ... hasta cosas para la playa, como sillas, cubos playa, sombrillas, ... El apartamento mejor que en las fotos y se duerme de 10, el colchón del dormitorio es extraordinario, sobre todo para los que tenemos algún dolor, y sin ruidos. Lo recomiendo 100 x 100.

Hemos pasado mi familia y yo una semana en este apartamento y repetiré sin duda. La ubicación de diez, a tan sólo dos minutos de la playa.Además desde la terracita disfrutábamos de las actuaciones del hotel Balmoral cada noche. La limpieza inmejorable. Disponíamos de internet gratis y de netflix, con los que los niños estaban encantados.Los caseros muy amables, el día que llegamos nos tenían unas cervezas y unos refrescos en la nevera. Además el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado. Anímense porque sin duda merece la pena

Beau, propre et confortable petit appartement. Très bien équipé pour notre séjour de 9 semaines. Marcos nous à très bien accueilli avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue et a rapidement réglé le problème mineur avec le four. Nous n'avons qu'à traverser la rue principale et nous sommes sur la plage. Nous sommes près de tout, épicerie, restaurants, banques, arrêt de bus, taxis juste à l'extérieur de l'édifice, promenade de bord de mer, et bien plus.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 2 kleinen Kindern genutzt. Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns am Flughafen ein Auto gemietet und uns Andalusien angeschaut. Der Ausgangspunkt ist dafür hier ideal. Die Vermieter sind leicht erreichbar und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Benalmadena gewesen sein. Liebe Grüße

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Appartement. Es ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles um uns eine Woche selbst zu versorgen. Möchte man doch Mal Essen gehen, finden sich gleich vor der Tür zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. Ein guter Ort um in der Vorsaison zum günstigen Preis Mal eine Woche auszuspannen.

El trato con el dueño muy agradable y atento, el apartamento que decir muy limpio tanto la cocina el baño como el resto y completo como ninguno, ademas nos dejo detalles de bienvenida que son de agradecer. La playa a dos minutos, cruzar la calle y poco mas una maravila. Cuenta con una terraza muy maja. Nada de ruidos ni cosas raras, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Schade, dass Ferien immer so schnell vorbei gehen......Da wir die Anreise vom Flughafen Malaga selbst geplant hatten, hatten wir ein bisschen Probleme das Appartement zu finden. Als wir jedoch Marcos angerufen haben, hat er sich sofort auf den Weg gemacht, uns an einem zentralen Punkt zu treffen und von dort ins Appartement zu bringen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür und für den netten Empfang! Bei Ankunft im Appartement waren schon gekühlte Getränke bereit gestellt und die Klimaanlage lief auch schon. Marcos hat uns alles gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und mit einigen netten Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. So gibt es dort eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Klimaanlage und einen großen Balkon. Sämtliche Böden sind gefliest. Das "Schlafzimmer" ist etwas abgetrennt, so dass die Klimaanlage auch nachts nicht abgeschaltet werden muss, da es nicht direkt an das Bett zieht. Das Appartement ist groß genug für 3-4 Personen. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung sind so, wie es tatsächlich ist. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super! Man kommt raus, überquert die Straße und ist direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein großer Supermarkt sind in direkter Nähe und problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer Essen gehen möchte, hat genügend Möglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Für einen Badeurlaub ist ein Auto überflüssig, da in der Hauptsaison auch die Parkplätze in Benalmadena sehr begrenzt sind. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dem Appartement und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und viele Grüße an Marcos und Familie, Claudia

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marcos 15 giorni a giugno. Casa ben posizionata, a due minuti a piedi dal mare, con locali e supermercato praticamente sotto il portone. Tutto è risultato comodo ed agevole. La casa ha tutto il necessario per passare tranquillamente le vacanze. E' fornita di tutti quegli accessori che ti fanno sentire come "a casa", aria condizionata, frigorifero grande, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola...c'è davvero tutto tutto. La posizione è strategica, sebbene in alcuni giorni si debba girare un po' di più per trovare il parcheggio per l'auto, ma si potrebbe perfino non affittare una macchina perchè ci sono i bus che collegano abbastanza bene tutte le zone della costa. Si consiglia comunque l'affitto di un mezzo per vedere meglio le varie cittadine e spiagge della Costa del Sol. C'è anche un ampio balcone (attrezzato con sedie e tavolo) che affaccia su una piscina che non è dell'appartamento, ma dell'hotel di fronte. La visuale dunque è abbastanza rilassante ed il sole ci batte alla mattina e quindi, al ritorno dal mare, ci si può sedere all'aperto a prendere il fresco. Quando abbiamo soggiornato noi, alta stagione, la sera nell'hotel fanno spettacoli di intrattenimento che però non disturbano più di tanto e anzi...intrattengono anche gli ospiti della casa, gratis. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per la posizione strategica, per come è accessoriato e per la gentilezza del proprietario.
