Great communication from IVI Real Estate, check in and check out was easy. Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and well appointed, most of the white goods and air conditioning were brand new, beds were very comfortable, nice sized 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. Location was excellent just a couple of minutes walk from Puerto Marina which is where you want to be in Benalmadena. Great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bed apartment. Plenty of space for the 4 of us & everything was there that was needed. Great location close to the marina, shops & bars

The access was easy and very facilitated. The staff was very responsive and helpful with everything. The area is close to everything a family might need, and finally, the appartement was equipped with all house appliances needed

The apartment is in a fab location with supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants all nearby. The marina and beach are just down the hill so everything we needed was on the doorstep. The apartment had great air-con and although we didn't need to use it too much in May, it would be great in the summer months. The bed in the double room was comfortable and although there were just the 2 of us we appreciated the second bedroom in order to make use of the extra space and wardrobe. The bathroom could do with an update to the shower and enclosure in the longterm. We made use of the washing machine as we were there for 11 nights and so had to wash towels and clothes. The one thing that we really missed was an ironing board. There was a table top one but trying to iron items such as dresses was a real challenge so a proper ironing board is a necessity.
