Great for a stop over on way to Scotland. Parking was easy as has alot of sapce at property. It was quiet. Nice surrondings. Very clean inside with a comfy bed.
Only issue was I opened back door to look outside and a wave of midges flew in. Not sure why they were hanging around just outside of door but maybe put a warning on door not to open unless you really need too :)

It was perfect for an overnight stay en route from Scotland to home in the Midlands. It was very clean with everything it stated in the booking form.
