A working farm attached cottage, Owners working really long hours lambing, was great as a City dweller to witness. Central for all Lakes and interest points. A Big thanks for allowing us to stay.

It was great as a location, just off the M6 and 10 minutes from Penrith for shops etc
The property location on a working farm was cool and being surrounded by animals and fields was a great experience

Lovely setting, view was nice. Lots of space. Very clean, lots of facilities.
Beds weren’t that comfy, particularly in the smaller double room it was very uncomfortable, creaked every time you moved, very lumpy. Needs either mattress topper or replacing of the mattress. Pillows were not the best- very thin.
