Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars.. High Fellside is situated high above the village of Ambleside, on the side of Wansfell Pike. The house enjoys panoramic views of Loughrigg, Fairfield Horseshoe and surrounding fells. A strategically placed bench perched at the top of the garden offers an even greater view across Ambleside and the stunning backdrop. Ambleside is stocked with a good selection of bars, restaurants and independent retailers, as well as plenty of seasonal attractions to suit all ages and is easily reached via a short walk down the hill. Set adjacent to Blue Hill Wood, High Fellside offers keen nature lovers the chance to see owls, bats, deer and hear the odd woodpecker.
A neutral colour scheme has been used at High Fellside to create a contemporary style. "All very good, kitchen area well stocked with utensils and crockery etc. Only negative is we couldn't get the washer drier to dry any clothes and there were no instructions provided."
