design of rooms , well equipped kitchenette, super comfortable bed , great location , good value for money !
There is one room with private bathroom and two rooms with shared bathroom, we had shared bathroom but it always been clean so not much negative to say :)

We had a fabulous stay at Helevellyn cottage & were met with a warm welcome by the owner on our arrival.
Our room had been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated by the owner, with little touches which spoke of their artistic flair. It was immaculately clean with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay - there was a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery so that we were able to eat our own breakfast in our room.
We did not find the shared bathroom a problem & it too has been renovated to a very high standard.
The location was good for us with easy access by car to the Lake District, Penrith and the Eden valley.
We definitely want to come back again.

Comfortable bed. Clean throughout. Quiet room and beautifully decorated. The table to eat in the room with crockery and cutlery. I recommend stopping here. Nice owner who met us at the door with a friendly smile. Good location for the lakes and has books in the room to read on the subject.
