What a great place to stay, I had the room with en-suite and there was everything you needed for a comfortable rest. Only 20 minutes from Pooley Bridge so was perfect.

The bed was extremely comfortable, a brilliant shower, lots of useful things in the room like maps, guide books, a toaster and it was beautifully decorated!
Something to be aware of is the owners do have a couple of small dogs, I didn't see them but they did bark a couple of times however it was only 2 or 3 times over the 2 night trip we had. Do not let that put you off, I couldn't recommend more highly!

There was no breakfast - it was accomodation only. But the room had small table to sit at and eat, two plates, mugs, sufficient cutlery - also microwave.although didn't use it.
Not meeting the host wife! Didn't like dogs barking - they sounded vicious. The room next door wasn't en-suite, the occupants had to use bathroom which was right outside my door. I thought they were going to come in! Also didn't like a step outside my door - was worried about tripping.
