I would return if the shower was upgraded

Great value for money and good location to access The Lakes. Very clean, comfy and tidy.

The shower is a dribble and not hot enough. Poor communication.

Stunning location and exceptional cottage. Decor is lovely. Beds are comfortable. It has everything you could need including washer/drier. It’s a lovely place and so well looked after. Can’t wait to come back.

the property was beautiful,modern well designed and very homely,could easily live there.

i do not like holiday lets saying free wi-fi when it don't have it,you had to sit on stairs or stand in one corner as you were picking up next doors wi fi. and not the owners fault but mobile signal is rubbish.

Would definitely return!

The property was beautiful, in a lovely quiet area with absolutely no noise pollution. The owners had thought of everything and there was a home made cake, milk, tea/coffee awaiting our arrival. Dairy cottage was super clean and had comfortable furnishings. The local guidebooks/ information in the cottage were really helpful when it came to planning things to do. We are a couple with a 16 year old lad and found so much to do to entertain us all in the day and chilled in the evening watching DVDs.

The only thing minor thing that could have been better was the wifi, I wasn’t especially worried about the internet while away but it is useful when planning days out/journeys. This would NOT put me off returning!!

Exceptional

Everything was clean, spotless and comfortable. All the little things were thought about, like nightlights with removable emergency torches, every kitchen utensil, cleaning item and condiment you might need, a great selection of DVDs, books and local guides so you can research your day trips without needing to hunt out one of those leaflet displays in a supermarket.

The WiFi only worked in one corner of the cottage, and best if you sat halfway up the stairs. The router was obviously situated in the cottage next door, maybe worth adding a signal booster into Dairy Cottage to get better coverage through the whole property?

Lovely location, comfy cosy cottage

Very peaceful location Easy enough to get elsewhere to explore the Lakes

late October the nights are becoming colder. Unfortunately we had to switch on emersion heater boost button and wait an hour after a busy day out exploring.

Look of cottage & decor inside. Extra added touches including a nice cake on arrival. Pretty place & very quite.

Me & my partner did not find the firm bed to our liking but obviously someone else might like it. Wi-Fi is included but is shared with the neighbouring cottage so can be a little weak.
