Het huis is modern ingericht. Mooie kamer, volledig ingerichte keuken, zelfs met wasmachine en vaatwasser.
De keuken wordt niet schoon gehouden, de vuilnisbak niet geleegd. We hebben het afval zelf op de binnenplaats gezet. Geen vuilniszakken aanwezig om de volle zakken te vervangen. Keukentextiel is in onze verblijfstijd (13 dagen) niet vervangen of gewassen.
Inhoud van de vaatwasser in 13 dagen niet uitgeruimd.
Met 12 nachten huur geen vervanging van handdoeken of beddengoed.
Huurders moeten een heel uitgebreid contract tekenen, waarin vele plichten en verboden van de huurder staan. Maar daar staan geen verplichtingen voor de verhuurder in.

Nice and close to the city centre and train station. The room was comfortable and fortunately on the ground floor so we didn't have to carry suitcases upstairs.
The shared kitchen was very well equipped, and everything seemed to work, which was great.
6pm is late in the day for access to the room, but the owner allowed us access earlier, which was very helpful as we didn't want to drag cases around while waiting.
The shower was very difficult to open from the inside, I had to get my partner to open it. And shower head didn't allow a lot of water flow as it a ring of water, had to move my head around to wash off shampoo, lol.

Location
Sharing kitchen area with other people and the owners that working on the laptops on the kitchen table which is making even more uncomfortable so you have to hide to eat in the room because there is no space for you in the kitchen and you paying for it.
Also fire doors have to be closed at all times so to get to the kitchen and go back with hot cup of tea you have to open and close 8 doors!
You literally paying same price like other 2/3 bedrooms flats on Airbnbs and whole space is for yourself.
