Great place to call temporary home

Really lovely cottage. Everything you need is there. We were travelling a fair distance and didn't check in until late. The owners were really lovely, messaged back straight away and answered questions about things to do. The introduction pack was really comprehensive. I can't rate this high enough. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Snowdon hiking great place to base

Location Homely Decorated nicely Great presentation sent prior to arrival so knew what to expect Amount of bedrooms Water pressure in shower Dishwasher had tablets Use of garden 50 min drive to Llanberis which was perfect for us and easy route. Coop nearby for essentials Everyone in this area speaks Welsh as their first language (lovely to hear the locals talking)

Shower very slippery, didn't know there was a bath mat in bottom drawer - essential item. Bunk beds bottom bed (didn't use top bunk) was uncomfortable for an adult who hardly slept - he said it was memory foam which didn't give the support after a long day hike. Arrived later than rest of the group so too late to contact and resolve (as had to be up early) but big bed sheet didn't look clean, may have been washed with dog hair on it, anyway, we couldn't sleep on it so had to improvise with blanket as needed to get to bed.

Cosy cottage, but a bit out of the way and owners could do more to welcome guests

It was immaculately clean and very cosy. The decor is nice and it’s relatively near Snowdonia.

The actual village centre is quite a walk away and there’s not much there apart from a few takeaways and small supermarkets. You have to drive to get to the more beautiful areas of Snowdonia. I also found that the owners had some pretty mean habits like watering down the hand soap and washing up liquid so they were pretty pointless. We ended up buying and using our own, which was fine, but for the price of the property it seemed very penny pinching. They only left one half used roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher tablet and no laundry soap. None of this is vital, but it’s these little touches that make you feel welcome. In the main bedroom there is a huge cupboard, but no shelves or drawers so you can’t really unpack. Again not a big issue for a short stay, but it’s not ideal.

Despite electric taking longer to heat, floor getting soaked in water after shower and no hand wash we enjoyed staying a

comfortable bed, a lot of places to see nearby waterfall from 8mins drive to 30mins drive plus point 45mins drive to Snowdon, surprising nice sitting area at the back to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The property was peaceful to stay despite being right next to the road.

Electric cooker took longer to heat and whilst taking a shower water goes everywhere so the floor gets soaked due to no closed door or curtain. Bins outside were full so had to leave our rubbish, no handwash in the bathroom or kitchen

Wonderful family friendly accommodation with all you need for a comfortable stay

Wonderful house in a quiet town, beautiful nature all around. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and decorated and was the perfect base for our family to explore this wonderful area. We loved our stay and would stay again.

toilet and bathroom on ground floor and bedrooms upstairs, Shower too near toilet no room. No welcome pack explaining how to use things in property like TV and cooker. No information about local shops etc.

Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Great location, value for money, space. Couldn’t fault the accommodation and will definitely look at going back again. Ordered online at the local chippy and the food was great!

Good sized property, good location. Be nice if we could contact the owner!

Great location for our trip. Shops a short drive away. Kitchen with utensils, dining area, downstairs toilet and shower and living room. Upstairs 3 x Bedrooms with bunk beds in 1. Quiet location even though it’s right on the road. Lovely quaint end of terrace miners cottage

Phone signal isn’t great in the area so getting the email with information on key box and location earlier would have been better. Be vigilant with young children as it’s beside a main road although this isn’t really a negative just for information. Parking is first come first served but we usually found a space somewhere. I did call and message the owner on the number provided but never got a reply so not sure if there’s an issue there. We left something in the property I wanted to pay to have returned but that doesn’t seem possible now!

Loved every minute

The cottage was absolutely lovely. Clean and everything ready . Location- great for what we wanted to do. Just amazing

Het was proper en compleet ingericht. Zeer fijne buren die behulpzaam waren in het zoeken naar lokatie.

De lokatie : onvindbaar ( adres op Booking is niet compleet )drukke straat , moeilijk in en uitladen. De host was onbereikbaar. Antwoordt niet op telefoon. De toegangsdeur was niet eens op slot. Vochtig huis. Misleidende info op Booking. Zie foto B

Doir de geweldige omgeving was het een fijn verblijf. 5nachten genoeg

Het huisje is klein en laag, voor ons te laag. Wel comfortabel. Alleen 2 persoonsbed veel te smal, ong 1.20 m. 2m lang. Veel te smal voor normaal stel.

Tweepersoonsbed, veeel te smal, jammer van prima matras. Badkamer, met douchen alles drijfnat, han er douchegordijn bij...jammer van nieuwe badkamer.

Leuk, origineel en schoon, compleet

Heerlijk mooi opgeknapt cottage, voorzien van alle gemakken, vaatwasser, oven, uitgebreide keuken inventaris, koffie en thee aanwezig, vaatwastabletten, aan alles gedaan. Goed geregeld, contact alleen digitaal maar vriendelijk en duidelijke informatie. Info boekje is prachtig! Tip: instructies hoe de voordeur open te krijgen, daar moesten we ons best voor doen. Voor het warm water in de douche aan een touwtje trekken was ook nieuw voor ons. Dit zou een aanvulling kunnen zijn in het info boekje voor mensen van buiten the U.K.
