Lovely cosy feel to the cottage, we stayed during some very hot summer days and the cottage stayed nice and cool. Plenty of space for us and comfortable bedrooms (we didn’t need to use the bunk bed room) Central location for exploring N Wales. No set parking space but easy to park either on the road outside or just a little way down the road.
We had a car and used this as a very handy base for exploring. If you didn’t have a car I think it is about a mile to the nearest station.

Parking a little tricky at times, especially when unloading and loading up car.

Clean comfortable well equipped property
Access to key box was on a shale slope as the bins were blocking the path
No off street parking and our hire car was damaged by a passing car

Had to climb on a chair to reach the teacups
Would benefit from more cups and cutlery
Heated towel rail didn’t appear to be working
Side path very slippery on the slate
No handrail in the shower for assistance
No dishwasher tablets
