Lovely house just a few niggles.

Location, size of property, overall cleanliness , off street parking.

A few kitchen items were dirty / not cleaned properly eg Cutlery and glasses and bowls. Also no tea towels , oven gloves and basics like oil , salt and pepper. couldn't work TV properly. Got BBC iPlayer but couldn't get standard channels. Also no dishwasher tablets were provided - don't expect a full bag but a few to tide you over would be good.

Perfect getaway

We liked everything. Tasteful decor, good quality furniture and fixtures, recliner sofas (although not all working condition), well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and overall as a house very spacious. Perfect for a weeks getaway in beautiful surroundings. Thoroughly recommend and will try to come back.

Another lovely stay

Another stay at this cosy home from home. Lots of facilities, three bathrooms is so handy. Quiet location in the middle of Snowdonia. Private driveway parking and garage. Comfortable lounge.

There isn't really anything not to like, but be warned to mind your head in bedroom 3 - the roof slopes. We found all the batteries had run out since our last stay - in the clock on the wall and one of the TV remotes etc. TV is a little complicated to work out - but that may have been because of one of the remotes not working! We will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable home from home.

Such a homely property! 3 toilets were incredibly helpful for our family of 6. Well equipped kitchen, lovely scenery, comfortable bedrooms. Well situated for all the best attractions that Snowdonia has to offer.

Nice place to stay central to Snowdonia attractions

Good price for 6 bed property. Well equipped kitchen, ample seating in lounge, and 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

Overall main lighting quite dim downstairs. Kitchen lights very poor for preparing and cooking food. Kitchen too small for 4 adults to use the table. Main bathroom shower not flowing well due to broken bath/shower lever.

Lovely stay!

*Lively location with a cute town that makes for a lovely evening stroll *fridge came with some well-needed goodies to help set us up for our stay *Only a 50 minute drive to the easy route for walking Snowdon *3 bathrooms so all guests had a toilet accessible *kitchen was well-equipped *Great size rooms *Good Internet *Super comfortable *Towels were provided - one less thing for us to pack!

*It was difficult think of a fault. Being super picky, not having oil to cook with. But, we bought some.

Great location, easy access to the hikes around the town, bike park, zip world and not far from Snowden. Good choice of local shops, takeaways. The cottage was very cosy and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable, lovely house.

Every thing you needed to make your stay stress free was thought of. The television made movie nights an occasion. Three toilets made sure no one had to queue. Dishwasher made life easy.

Dining table was a challenge with 5 adults, not obvious it extended. Recycle bins would benefit from being more clearly labelled. 10:00 AM check out.

nice lovely functional place with modern taste and great location

modern and functional it is a beautiful place that has everything you need nicely placed for shops (coop) Restaurants (trish and chips), hiking (llyn manod) and if you like zip world- its 6 mins drive! and then you return home to nice large bathroom, ensuite power shower! and separate kids bedroom. cool enough in summer not to require a fan. utility rooms for longer stay, smart tv for entertainment its a really good place!

Very enjoyable weekend away, lovely house in a fantastic location.

The house is set in a great location, you could fit 1 car on the drive and 2 in the parking space opposite. I believe the garage was also accessible. The house was modern, bright and generally comfortable. The downstairs toilet was an added bonus we weren't aware of.

The dining area would have been tight for 6, the airer for drying clothes was broken but the utility area had hooks to place wet jackets so it was fine.

Nice stay shame about owners

The house was absolutely beautiful, the facilities/ furnishings were second to none. Situated in a wonderful village in North Wales we couldn’t have asked for more.

The problem we had was with the things expected on check out. Strip all beds, empty all bins, open windows. Oh and be gone by 10am sharp. We booked this house for our wedding guests to stay in, we also booked 5 other properties at the same time. This was the only one that insisted on us doing half the cleaners work and being out at such an early time with absolutely no leeway. A lovely house, a lovely location but my god don’t dare break a rule or you’ll be subject to voicemails, messages and the like.

It was a beautifully presented property. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Just a really lovely place to stay.
