Location, size of property, overall cleanliness , off street parking.
A few kitchen items were dirty / not cleaned properly eg Cutlery and glasses and bowls. Also no tea towels , oven gloves and basics like oil , salt and pepper. couldn't work TV properly. Got BBC iPlayer but couldn't get standard channels. Also no dishwasher tablets were provided - don't expect a full bag but a few to tide you over would be good.

We liked everything. Tasteful decor, good quality furniture and fixtures, recliner sofas (although not all working condition), well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and overall as a house very spacious. Perfect for a weeks getaway in beautiful surroundings. Thoroughly recommend and will try to come back.

Another stay at this cosy home from home.
Lots of facilities, three bathrooms is so handy.
Quiet location in the middle of Snowdonia.
Private driveway parking and garage.
Comfortable lounge.
There isn't really anything not to like, but be warned to mind your head in bedroom 3 - the roof slopes.
We found all the batteries had run out since our last stay - in the clock on the wall and one of the TV remotes etc.
TV is a little complicated to work out - but that may have been because of one of the remotes not working!
We will definitely be staying again.
