Absolutely amazing

It’s just purely the best place I’ve personally ever stayed at. We stayed in the waterfall lodge and it’s exactly what it says on the tin, directly next to your decking is an amazing waterfall. Other than that, the lodge was amazing, really high standard finishings, spacious, clean. Just a really really nice place. The restaurant down at the hotel was lovely too. We’ve already talked about going back

Our only small gripe, and I’m being very picky here, is that there was only enough tea and coffee for 2. 2, teabags, 2 coffee sachets, 2 milk and 3 sugar

Lovely accommodation in a great location

The location was very convenient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation had everything we could ask for. We stayed for two nights with a group of friends and our 3-year-old toddler. He really enjoyed his holiday, and we truly enjoyed our stay as well. Thank you again for the lovely welcome!

Decent location clean holiday home could have been more waste bins as it was a good walk to the recycling bin area also some kind of entertainment in the bar restaurant area would have been nice

This is a really great holiday park and have stayed many times in various properties. We have always enjoyed our staying

The whole of the holiday park is set in woodland. You are surrounded by trees and an abundance of wildlife which is wonderful.

Nothing really. I would have liked to have used the retractable canopy but it didn’t work. It was raining a little when we stayed, and it would have been good to be able to deploy the canopy so we could sit under it and enjoy the fresh air.

Excellent break away in a beautiful location

Location and site were lovely

WIFI ok but disconnected a couple of times. Could do with more cutlery in caravan - only 4 of each, knife fork and spoon so constantly cleaning them when trying to make food.

Extensive holiday park with modern mobile homes set in beautiful forrest

We stayed in a mobile home, which was very clean and comfortable, great facilities. Beautiful surroundings set in a forrest, nice main building with great terrace. Great location for exploring Snowdonia. Supermarket is just a few minutes drive. EV chargers on site.

It can be quite a walk to main building depending in what part of of holiday park you are staying. One roll of toilet paper per home is not really enough - we only stayed for 2 nights so we really did not want to buy a whole package in a supermarket, also the supermarket was already closed when we arrived, would be great if it would be possible to buy small necessities like this on site. The food in the restaurant was good, but not exceptional.

Aberdunant- The Hideaway Cabins

We liked the cleanliness and how peacefully quiet the park was. As there is no signal in the general area, having a strong WiFi connection and the ability to connect Netflix, Prime, etc was a huge plus. Staff and residents were very friendly, and the sceneries were amazing. Snowdon is not far from the place, and that was a beautiful, surreal view.,

Only two negative comments. First being, in one of our cabins the temperature control wasn't working. My parents were staying in that cabin and they were a little cold, but slept through it. Secondly, it was raining the whole night on our first night there, the roof is thinner than I expected and I could hear the rain; I didn't sleep the whole night. Lack of toiletries and meal options were disappointing too, and the local area doesn't offer much in takeaways and restaurant options.

Amazing holiday park.

Very well kept park set in beautiful surroundings serving amazing food. We found it was peaceful and a relaxing establishment Oh and very dog friendly, close to a beautiful beach and the Snowdonia national park. We would definitely come back.

I didn't like the fact that I asked for no nann bread or poppadoms with a curry I ordered but was told it came with the meal, I found this to be a waste of food and also the bar had no lemonade for two nights.

Loved the breakfast, lots of variety, very pleasant gentleman serving us on the first morning. Dinners were delicious, great choice of wine, beautiful waterfall on site and perfect for discovering north wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

fairly comfortable if somewhat cramped.

We were in the Hideaway Studio which was fairly modern. We liked the tranquility for the place in general

it was a bit cramped for 3 adults, so should have booked a bigger unit - but cost was the factor. They were chopping down some trees right next to our unit the next day and we had fairly noisy neighbours who spoke at the top of their voices - no loud music though. We understood the need to chop down branches though.

Amazing

I absolutely loved the accommodation it was like a cosy home so beautiful and modern I didn't expect it to be like this so it was such a lovely surprise. We all loved it and even my boys. I felt I was at home relaxing and watching TV. in the morning. We also loved exploring the woodlands and followed blue and yellow markers it was so good and challenging but we loved it seeing the streams and the beautiful blue hydrangeas everywhere they were gorgeous. I want to plant them in my garden now. I loved eating in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed having breakfast there in the mornings. Staff were very nice and friendly.

The space was too small and burning up , no fan no AC. Didn’t even provide the wifi password. No response from staff after calling multiple times had to walk to the reception in middle of the night. Not worth it.
